So I'm 10 days in now and just now starting to be able to get a hint of flavors when I vape (atleast the Pear right now). First week was only able to really taste the menthol and was starting to get a little annoyed, I like menthol but all the fruit flavors are so appealing :D. Hopefully within the next few days I'll be tasting even more :D

Little update: Got a cartotank today from a local B&M, guy showed me how to fill it up and prime it and silly me forgot my battery so he let me try it out on his vmax...oh my! Wonderful. I've been using it on my ego-c upgrade and even on the "unregulated" voltage bit it still isn't near what it was on that guy's vmax, vapor isn't near the kanger mt3 and flavor is meh (got menthol in it). Think I'm going to need to upgrade to bigger and better soon for more voltage :D Just can't decide on vmax or evic, local prices it's a $10 difference between the 2 at the B&M and different stores are within $5 of each other. Would one of those be a good upgrade for a still relative noob to the PV world or should I go with a little bit lesser option? Tax return comes Thursday and that's when I plan to go get a new PV.

It's a 2 ohm dual coil cartotank. Wish you could get single coil around here locally but guess the dual is the bigger better carto.

I got the Vmax from Dragonfly...It was 128.00 with batteris and a charger..I now want a vv/vw device so Im thinking zmax, vamo, or evic. I tried the Groove at DFW vapor the other day and it was AWESOME! Village e gigs on Main St carry the single coil cartos. Look on line first to make sure they have them in stock

So I kind of went to a B&M to pick up some single coil cartos and instead walked out with an evic and the new vivi nano, oh well maybe next time :D Wasn't bad, they had the evic for $99 and also had the zmax for $89 but you had to buy battery, charger, etc but came to be right around $99 too. I like the thought of the updates for the evic and had my mind kinda set on it so that's what I got :) This VV/VW world is nice stuff.

I loooove the huge clouds of vapor :vapor:

Ya we got a bunch of them in the area, having a college with 35,000 students could be a reason lol and a huge city.

Still going strong, day 5 is nearly over :)

I might look into a vv device soon, right now the 650mah ego-c batt is working fine. More interested in finding a juice or juice mix I can vape all day now. And have a few to change things up when I get home after work. Sounds like a few more Kanger MT3 and a vivi nova may be needed (Oh No :p).

Yep you got a huge city there in Texas.........I believe he mentions he was from NYC...... Thanks for the laugh...and welcome. I have the Ego C also and looking to add simple improvements.

8.5 hrs in and still no need to run to a gas station and get the analogs. I'm loving this! Wish I would have gone this route sooner. Having to go to the bathroom a ton is taking some getting used to but it's totally worth it :p

I hadn't thought about it but it's nice to not be heading to the store so much, especially in this snowstorm. I get to stay inside and be warm! Woo hoo! lol

I've been hooked on vaping now for just a few months, and like everyone else, I love it. I've found myself just laying in bed, watching tv, vaping, and passing out with the tip still in my mouth (like a little baby and his bottle...HA!). Sounds crazy, but you wouldn't dare try this with the old analogs. No danger now, except maybe sleeping on it an breaking it and covering myself with delicious caramel juice! HA! PEACE
love vaping in bed. problem is when i nod off i drop my unit, and the sound it makes scares the crap out of me. still much better than the alternative 2013-02-22 23.34.35.jpg

Congratulations! I am on day 5 and my husband is on day three of vaping, we don't miss cigarettes at all and have had a great time visiting ecig stores and bars, trying juices and meeting great people. We have the ego-C's and the eCab, both are very nice, we have also bought some clearomizers and other great devices to try, we don't worry about the expense since we both have spent thousands trying to quit before and our tobacco habit was very spendy.

We have found the ecig, or "vaper' stores to be very knowledgeable and helpful, they are a great place to visit and learn more.

Good Luck and have fun with it!

Well 2 week anniversary is here! :vapor: Sitting right now chilling with the evic and loooove it. The flavor is coming through awesome, really think the little ego-c wasn't able to get to the sweet spot with the MT3's. Planning to pick up a juice or 2 and a nice cartotank later in celebration. Really digging the 4.3v setting, seems everything is perfect with the vivi nova using 2.4ohm head. Have yet to try the 1.8 and 2.8. If I decide to try one of them, should I stick this 2.4 in a plastic baggie or something to keep from making a mess with it? How do y'all store your extra heads that you have used?

So you're the reason they started making fire safe ciggies. :)

That FSC junk was terrible tasting when they first started putting that crap in. I remember being up in Michigan and at the time smoking Marlboro Menthol and getting 15 packs simply because they didn't have the FSC strips (at the time here in Texas everything had it). Ended up switching to Camel Menthols and liked them better. That's what I smoked up until the day I got my ego, probably 4 years or so. Loved the menthol capsules in them lol

cghorr01 I agree, this weekend it's supposed to be rainy and I don't care :D I used to get annoyed when it'd rain because driving and smoking would be a nuisance with the rain dripping through the window and the splatters off the door pillar. Now I can sit in my room and watch it rain vaping away :)

Picked up some apple and watermelon liquid today and gonna give the smoktech dual coil cartotank a go. Got a small one for my ego, went with a 6ml for the evic. When I was leaving the store and put the stuff in my console I noticed my pack of Camel Menthols and lighter sitting in there and didn't give them a second thought (pack is 2 weeks old now and just been sitting in there). This pack has 3 or 4 ciggies MIA from the day I picked my ego-c up and haven't touched it since. I might throw it away some day :p

So approaching the 3 week mark and it's great! Got some Smok DCT cartotanks and a vivi nova and notice the flavor better with the cartotanks but the vivi beats them in vapor. The vapor with the vivi is a lot fuller than the cartos which I'm a little bummed about. Using 2ohm dual coils set around 3.8-4v on my evic. Should I maybe bump it up higher on the voltage? Don't want to burn them so I've been keeping with the +2 for the voltage setting.
