Congrats on your victory over analogs! It's always great to hear someone who is relatively new to vaping who has had a positive experience!

Saw in your last post that you were going to pick up more stardust's as you only have one at the moment. Buy as many as you can! Or invest in another tank, carto, atomizer system as well. There is NOTHING worse (especially to a new vaper) than only having one atty, and to have it suddenly die on you.

When I first started vaping I put myself in said position and had to revert back to analogs until my new attys came in the mail :( . Keep up the hard work and put analogs in your rear view!

PlanofMan thanks for the info. Decided I am actually going to get a couple kanger t3 or m-t3. After reading more on them I found myself liking the thought of them more and more. I will keep one strictly for menthol and menthol mixes and have a couple for other flavors. I do like the coolness menthol gives. Thankfully we have several B&M in North Texas so the wait isn't too long if I need something.

Would also like to try the vivi nova, but like you said I will need the collar and right now I am looking to keep all the little extra things to a minimum.

Went to Dragonfly e-cigs at Vista Ridge Mall here in Lewisville and got 2 Kanger MT3 and a 10ml of their sweetened strawberry liquid (24mg). Was going to get their regular strawberry but the girl helping me said it leaves an odd after taste and suggested the sweetened. First impression of the Kanger compared to the Stardust using the mango menthol mix I made is there's no comparison. Kanger has more flavor and vapor production and I don't get a strange restriction feeling half way through a pull. The Kanger looks a tad out of place on my ego-c battery but the volume is what I was after to get me through a day at work. Their flavor selection for their in-house blends (I think) is a lot smaller than DFWVapor's but it didn't bother me, with DFWVapor's I felt over-whelmed. Going to try cleaning the Stardust and doing a dry-burn to see if that fixes the draw issue.

Might get a couple more of these after pay-day this Thursday (or if my tax return gets to me sooner :D)

You might have better results if you wash it out with rubbing alcohol or vodka first. I look at dry burns as a last resort. Just fill it, shake it up for 10-15 seconds, run some alcohol down the center tube, wipe off the mouth piece and blow through it as hard as you can 5 or 6 times. You might want to do this over a sink. spray should come from the bottom (510 airway connector) disassemble, shake it out and let air dry for several hours before refilling and use.

This is my SOP when I change flavors in anything, stardust, mini vivi nova, vivi nova tank, even my Genisis attys. I've only lost 1 unit in the 2 1/2 months I've been doing this, and that was a Kanger MT3. (the wicking broke in the middle and came out. I haven't decided if I'm going to try a disassembly and full rebuild or if I'm going to try to thread some new silica wicking through the intact coil.)

So I tried the strawberry from dragonfly and there is almost no taste. I notice I am only really tasting the menthol when I cape it so my taste buds may be going on their few day break. Would it be wise to just let the strawberry sit for a few days? And should I leave the cap off? Also, I can smell the strawberry so it is in there lol.

Ha I was at dragonfly today too. We seem to be at the same place. I was as DFW vapor the day you were there too. Anyway, there is a new place called vapor zone here in Lewisville. Its awesome, owner runs and works the store. I went there yesterday. He makes his juice in house and has a great selection to try out. Great prices on juice as well. Its on the corner of southwest parkway and 121 across from rockin paradise

Will have to check him out too some time this week. DFWVapor seems to be a good place to get liquid if I need something right away that won't need to steep. I'm thinking that is what the strawberry I got today from Dragonfly might need as there is really no taste to it at all, just smell. I've been vaping for 4 days now so my taste buds might be doing their break and come back online in a few days. Atleast I can still taste food :D

Dragonfly is definitely going to be my main go-to place I think. Their selection of stuff blows DFWVapor out of the water (as far as what is visible at least).

For sure dragonfly has the best selection of product. I went to DFW, then village e cigs on main, then vapor zone, then dragonfly today just for one 510 connector. They have lots of batteries, mods, tanks, and just about everything else you could need. I don't like their juice except for papa smirf. By far, vapor zone has the BEST juice.

Drink some water, gargle mouthwash, brush your tongue, it could be vaper's mouth. Strawberry takes a bit to develop sometimes. It should eventually turn a straw yellow color when it's fully steeped. You can speed the process by running the bottle under hot water and shaking it. Leaving the cap off is mainly to get rid of alcohol tastes. Nicotine is one of those things that likes to evaporate quickly, so be wary of leaving the cap off for more than an hour at a time.

razor I'm glad you made the switch!! I quit analogs 3 weeks ago today after 8 years of smoking! I too could have never quit without the awesome vaping powers. As soon as I got it I threw away my pack though and never looked back. I was so excited and I still am.

The weirdest thing though I get very sick every time I tried to quit and this time was no exception I was sick for the 2 out of my 3 weeks quit so far and I'm finally snapping out of it, I'm still having few withdraws from the nasties in analogs. The best experience I have so far would be two days ago was the first time I could smell rain and take deep cool breaths in 8 years it was amazing. I think that was the only thing analogs were good for, they really made me realize how wonderful it is to be able to breathe I think it's something a non-smoker just takes for granite.

Well I hope you find your experiences in vaping pleasurable, join us in the Livechat sometime its a blast :D but beware of the trolls hahaha

Hmmm... I may have to swing by Dragonfly myself this week just to see what all they have. It's inside the mall, correct? I tried to stop by there a couple of weeks ago, however google maps had the wrong address so I ended up in the middle of nowhere with nothing around so I headed up to DFW vapor for another fix. I really want to see what kind of mods they have or at the least, what types of tanks they have as I'd really love to pick up a mini vivi nova.
