First Day with no Analogs!

I have been vaping for about 2 weeks but have still been smoking a few analogs. Yesterday was the first time in in 22 years I didn't smoke. And the best part is I was totally ok with it. I can't believe how easy vaping has made this for me. Thank you to everyone who had helped me get this far.

Becca, congratulations. Did you get a flood of endorphin when the thought hit you? I sure as heck did. It was late summer and the sun was super shiny and everything seemed to glow. Birds sang a chorus, and the bugs hummed along... I kid you not, I felt like it was some kind of religious experience.

Kinda like a miracle it is, able to just give up those ciggys- and don't even care about them anymore !
I tried to quit SO many times before...just thinking ( dwelling) on not having a cig around made my nerves fray....
This time, got an Ego-c, vapped like a mad fool for hours. Tried a cig next morning-2 puffs and put it out, tasted nasty compared to my vape.
Twenty two days in- don't want, crave or even like the smell of my old companions anymore.
I can breath deeply again- love it.
And not being preoccupied with sneaking a smoke makes the wife a happier women.
So many good benefits....

For me it was no different than switching brands of analogs in the switching to ecigs. Going on four years off the tobacco.

Congrats! When I stopped it was more sort of unintended as by the end of the day I realized that I hadn't smoked a cig all day. I went strong for a couple of weeks and then caved and had a couple of cigs. They were so disgusting that since that day I haven't touched one and don't miss them at all.
