I am expecting my 250ml PG/Nic @48mg juice to come in today. Some flavors arrived last Friday and I thought they was condensed but it says PG is in them. I also have the 99.5% USP VG from my local pharmacy.

Can someone tell me how I would mix this to create my own eliquid @ 24mg ?

My guess is:

50% of the Nic/Pg (to dilute down to 24mg).
15% flavor (Coffee) <--- didn't realize this has PG in it, thought it would be pure flavor.
35% VG

I imagine with all that PG in it, that I wouldn't have to worry about it being very thick.

Your percentages seem right to get 24mg. When mixing a juice the first time I usually start out with 10% flavor in a small 3ml batch. If it doesn't work I'm not out too much. I've found coffee flavors need a bit of sweetener to taste right and bring out the flavor so you might try just a touch of EM or Sucralose type sweetener.

There's a DIY e-liquid forum where you can get answers from those more experience than me. You might want to post in there also.

I use a calculator to determine exact amounts of each ingredient. Here's a simple one eJuice Recipe Calculator. There's more complex ones available in the DIY forum if you find yourself mixing a few different flavors, sweeteners, and other stuff in a single batch.

EM is ethyl maltol and is used as a sweetener. Scubabatdan's calculator that's in a sticky at the top of the DIY forum has recipes in it too. It's a really extensive calculator done in Excel and will do pretty much anything, but most of the time I just need something simple to use. I've checked out Daath's calculator a bit and it's easy to use also. There's also recipes available on that site but I don't have a link to it anymore.

The flavors can still be condensed. It has to sit in something.. But some flavors are stronger than others. There are some charts and earlier posts pointing to that. I know that one drop of lorann's 'lemonade' can ruin anything less than 30ml :) Cherry is also a strong flavor. For suitability/solubility - Check out:

Wow, I believe I need to read up on the particular kind that I bought. I would hate to put in 1ml, when only 1 drop was required. :p

lol. It really surprised me. Not all are that strong -but some are - just so you know. When testing I had a 510 atty and I'd mix up a batch of 1-3ml and then drip and tailpipe to test. I thought I had a good 'cabernet' going so I upped the amount to 30ml then I thought.... "I should add some lemon for that 'acidic' taste one can get in a cabernet" - I added one drop of lemonade and ruined the whole batch.
