my brother used 36mg he says it makes your mouth all raw an u get high for like 5mins till u get use to it an if you use it all day like you are it will make you sick.

Ick! I guess it could be worse then, I never wanted to try the 36mg. I know that is way to high for me! So I will stick with the 24mg and go with it. I can do this, I have too for my health! The last thing I need is to feel dizzy, I am already pretty ditzy anyways LOL ;) Noticing also that it takes a bit longer to get the nicotine you need from vaping compared to analogs.

When I first started vaping, I did get a bit depressed. I used to make sure my wife didn't leave behind any analogs for me to grab and cheat. Yep, she still smokes. :( That goes away after time. You'll also notice you aren't so congested. You feel better in the mornings. Also after time, them analogs really taste like s#it.

Take nice long drags and drink lots of water. You are just in "OMG I am not smoking panic mode". You are addicted to Nic and all the other ingrediants. You need to let your body know you will not give in to the tantrum. As long as you feel it is just a tantrum.
But if you need an Analog..go ahead. We are not all analog free, lots of people have a few a day to get them through. It took me a week od 2 analogs a day to finally give them up.
But if you can let them go, the cravings will lighten up faster and you will be vaping like you smoked in a little while.

Yeah my hubby is smoking and he isn't gonna quit, he will have to smoke away from me since my diagnosis with the first stages of COPD. There are some in there on the fridge but I am not touching them, hubby is at work and nicely left them, grrrrrr. Since I got my Vapor King, back slid 2 times, 3rd time is the charm. I have heard others say that analogs will taste like s*it if you try to smoke them again after you have been vaping for awhile! That is good news LOL. I can't wait to start feeling better in the morning with no coughing and also I hope I don't start eating like a pig, food tasting better this evening. I sure it will more and more each day, can't get to the gym because of this cracked knee cap but when I go back, WOW I can finally breath on the treadmill. LOL Thanks!

can allaways water juice down on a side note you can buy high dose an water it down with VG.

That VG juice I have, tried it and made me sick. I think I am gonna get use to this a little more then play around with the juices. Right now I want to see what is just a side effect from stopping analogs instead of trying to figure out if a certain juice is causing anything. I have some VG and PG cartomizers so I am in good shape. The VG nic juice is 35% and doubler is 30% VG, mixed and filled empty cart. Got sick as a dog last night. Thanks and I am sure I will be experimenting alot with the juices!

I vape 36 mg and was a 2 pk a day smoker...I chain vape pretty much, but at least Im not smoking. Give yourself time, and maybe get 1 bottle of 36 mg to try, you can always cut it down if it's too much.

This is true, I think I could get a little bottle of 36mg and try it. Do you chain vape 36mg all day?

Something to keep in mind....although the majority of people who vape end up quitting cigs, some don't plan to. They do both depending on the situation. Unlike gum, patches and lozenges...e-cigs are not an all or nothing thing. You can taper as needed. Don't stress the goal...and just go with the flow. Let things happen on their own.
