Lol, yep. I was leaning towards the Vamo until i saw the length. My biggest pet peeve ( not with Provape they are great) is that so many sites don't give measurements. I shouldn't have to order a product to see how big it is. I've posted that before and people have said that the battery size tells you how big the pv is, but when I looked at the size of the Vamo in18350 mode and the provari mini to me it is a big size difference.

Chiku, I always thought the Provari was huge, every pic I saw made it look like a monster, the I saw a pic of the Mini next to a tube of Chapstick, hehe, it's smaller than my Ego Tmod. There is no way I could stand one of the huge mods, the Vamo looks like a telephone pole.

if you put the provari next to a lot of the other mods out there ?? it is usually shorter,,its shorter then a lavetube !!

there is a new one out, it is more then a full inch longer then a provari w\ext cap ,,think it is the innokin svd ??

Careful brhollifield or I'll tell-em what you said.

Well with ALL that being said above... and thank you all for being so nice and not crucifing me here... I will say that I " THINK " I notice a difference in the taste of the juice... I made that comment to someone ( who posted here and shall remain anonymous ( CYCLOTRON ))... and he told me it was all in my head because I was holding a $200 mod in my hand... ha ha... anyhow... I do think that Gorilla Juice is much smoother on the Provari as well as the Bobas Bounty... Also I notice that when I get up I vape at a lower voltage and then crank it up later to get that good solid hit...

Who knows, maybe I will become a fan boy after all !

This is why I have made my decision to buy the Provari. Anymore, I research almost everything I buy, sometimes obsessively. I have been using a Ego tmod for six months now, it was my first pv, and it took me a month of research to decide what to buy. It is failing me now and needs replaced. So I'm back to research, at first I wanted a Vamo, then the anyvape cvi, the the evic. But I have seen too many reports of failures with all of these. So aim am buying the Provari for its durability, warranty, customer service, performance, and good ole Made In The USA.

Now I just need the money. Lol

I don't think you will be dissapointed. This is currently my 4th attempt to make the break from analogs. I have tried a bunch of different setups and this is actually the first one that has rid me of any cravings. And that is due to the consistency with all the other setups it was great when the batteries were fresh. But as I was a pack a day smoker I ended up having to carry 3 batteries with me to make it through the day and I was burning them out too quickly. The provari even though I have only had it a week the batteries last me a full day. And the vape from when you start till the last one the battery can give are all the same. Mine has almost paid for itself already.

yeah that svd is ridiculously long. I feel like PVs should be getting shorter, not longer.. lol?
Why are people OK with a 7-8 inch set up? I definitely couldn't handle it. My prov mini w/rba is too big.

That is why I never bought an eGo battery. By the time you put a cartotank and drip tip on it, you might as well audition as a drum major.

My last two PV purchases have been much shorter. A Smoketech VV Gripper and Ovale V8, for out and about use.

I compared my provari to the SVD in a post saying that I couldn't imagine a pv that big (which offended some people)... my point is I got my standard with extension cap today, and for me that is too big to leave the house.

Best part about a provari is that they keep their value.. Kinda like a Ipad, iPhone etc.
You can sell it and get almost all your money back.

Or try to sell your ipod same price after a "new generation" [with NEW feature!] model comes out -__-
Apple products depreciate in resale value about as fast as a chevy cobalt driving off the lot.

I bought my V1 Provari used for $95. It did come with two 18650 Provape batteries and the extension cap, (plus the original cap). It was scuffed and scratched though. I think it gives it character. :) and it pretty much doesn't have the black ProVari lettering on the side anymore.

I think I got one of the best deals I've ever seen on a ProVari. He was selling it because his 2 mini's were getting all his attention and this was just collecting dust. :D I may send it in for a V2 upgrade and then take it to the local jeweler and have the Provari name re-engraved on the side. But I want to get a mini first. With everything I want to do to it, it might end up costing me more than a new one...

...I see what you mean. :glare:
