Ah... humidity... I come to work sweating a lot everyday. Add the train full of people in Nambu Line! Just last week I had a wonderful cold packed with a lot of sneezing here and there. I had to come to work with a mask so that I would not infect other people.
As for the freebei... not here yet. I guess it was lost.
I am not comfortable in sending them an Email as it was just a free stuff...

Do you often get international mail? Does it always arrive? Maybe you could pop in at your local Post Office to check? Did your other juices - that you mentioned some time back - arrive yet?

No, I do not get international mails yet. But I do get local orders from Rakuten. And the first time they called me and asked which Nakanoshima? hehehe It seems that the address I gave them was wrong so I corrected it.
The juices I mentioned earlier was hand carried by my co-worker who went on home leave.

Haha...love the pictures- will need to check out the Japanese language forum. My Kanji is not what it used to be but I think you can highlight and copy into Word (well, at least Japanese enabled Word) and it will make hiragana out of it...I'll have to give it a go and see.

Oh, there is also Google Translate- but it's not so good... I use it w/ Chrome.

If you read my previous post, you know I joined JP Vapors!
My problem was that my kanji is not so good (if I hear it, I have no problem)- hey, but there's Google Translator and although the translation isn't very good, it will also speak it for you!! Yeah, home run on that!!
I'm at the beach on my f-i-l's computer so no Japanese input method...no problem, I tried Google Translator again- some issues but where there is, there is always Romaji and no one minds that! The whole group is very kind and forgiving to this gaijin! Hey, we can all learn from each other!

So, if you can deal w/ any of the above, go check them out! They are still small but have close to 100 members now!!

Yep can get well over a 100 degrees here in OK but nothing like 90 degrees and the humidity in Japan. I remember I was at the Gion festival in Kyoto about 12 years ago must of been close to a hundred and of course 99% humidity, never went back to that again!

Kyoto is extra special (where I was born)...super cold in the winter and super hot and muggy in the summer!!
