First mech mod, not impressed so far. Any advice?

Checked last night, tore it down, no ring. Snugged everything up, put it back together, battery still rattles. Im lost at this point. My neighbor got a Stringray clone, and has not had a single issue.... I think I may be buying something else tonight.

If you unscrew that copper 510 post doesn't it loosen the positive post in the deck? I unscrewed mines a little to make contact and on top was not buckled down and my coils were twisted. After that I tightened that copper connection and now my TOBH is hitting like a train.

I took it all apart again, tightened everything down... Now no room for rattle.
