First mod?

I've been using madvapes for a while now and only own a kr808 d batts, I'm looking for a good mod to buy?
I was checking out the roughstack, or a box mod. If I get the roughstack it would be best to buy which one?
And what kind of ohm cartos should I use with it? I would need a new charger, which kit is the best?

What's more important? Small size or long battery life? Can't go wrong with either size Roughstack...what's going to best suit your vaping needs? A 2400mAh 18650 battery (Maxi) or a 1200mAh (I don't believe that's the right rating, but it's at least 900mAh like the 14500's that the 3.7v box mod takes) 18350 (Mini)? I'd skip the box mod and go for whatever Roughie is best for your vaping needs. And 2ohm Boges are lovely on a Roughstack IMO. Hope that was helpful to you.

Another vote for the Roughstack from me, I think the maxi gives more 'options' personally. You can start with a 18650 for 3.7 volt vaping then if you want to experiment 2 x 16340 3 volt batteries for 6 volt vaping or 2x 18350 for 7.4 volt vaping.. I am still happy with 3.7 and at least a day on a charge, actually closer to 2, a great mod and an excellent company to deal with

Thanks, so I'm still not understanding what cartos I need with it? Which ohm do I want to use? And what kind of charger do I buy? Am I better off buying the whole kit? Thanks I'm new to all this and want to go for the roughstack, I'm tired of my lil 808. Want something to palm, and like the feel of using my thumb . Would like to have a hefty vape more than 3 day batt life! Thanks

If you are getting the Maxi RS, go with the 18650's and either the AD-103 Multi-volt charger (single) or the AG-126 Lithium Ion Battery Charger (double). If you go for the regular RS, get a pair of the 16340/CR123's. Either charger will work with those as well. The Dual Coil Cartomizers are great. They're easy to fill, put out tons of vapor and last a long time. Even though the Maxi RS V2 is larger the the regular model, it's more versatile and still fits in the palm of your hand. Either way, you can't go wrong.

Sorry, I gave you some bad advice on the batteries! For the RS V2, you need the 18350 batteries. They're great batteries and last a long time. If you want really long life though go for the Maxi with the 18650's

Boge is a brand of cartomizer...they're very good cartomizers. You can get them 808 if you like, I use the 510's. 2ohms for 3.7v, 3ohms for 5v, 3ohms or higher for 6v (not that I vape at 6v, but if I did, I'd use Boges. )

Thanks! I thought with 6v you could use really low resistance cartos? Like 1.5ohm?

Some folks are using the dual coil cartomizers at 6v...I use them at 3.7v and 5v myself. But generally speaking, if it's not a dual coil, you want higher resistance for higher voltage, lower resistance for lower voltage. 2ohm (or lower) Boges for 3.7v and 3ohm (or higher) Boges for 5 and 6v...please do not run a 2ohm (or lower) Boge (or any other brand) of cartomizer or atomizer at 5 or 6v...it will burn and taste terrible. You will not enjoy it LOL!
