It took me several weeks of weening. I didn't intend to quit smoking, though. It just happened that after about 3 weeks, I walked around for a full week with an open pack without lighting one. At the end of that, I said to myself, "I must not be a smoker anymore!"

Congratulations on your success so far! I encourage you to continue vaping like you're trying to break the thing if you need to. The urge may come that is unbearable. If you find yourself lighting a cigarette, don't beat yourself up about it. Take pride in all the cigs you've avoided and know that when you're done, the e-cig holds no animosity in your weak moment and will happily continue to perform without judgement.

You're on the right track and it's a path with many great people to hold your hand.

Do yourself a favor in the morning. vape like crazy. Vape like you're in the Olympics and you're trying for gold. Do this for the first hour. If you feel the urge for the "morning cig" after an hour of vaping a thundercloud, go for it. Chances are you'll get over the hurdle. Just keep telling yourself, "This is good enough." (my mantra at first) No fault if you can't do it. Just trying to encourage you. Good luck. It will happen soon enough. :D
