First order of juice

I've just ordered my first set of flavoured e juice (other than Marl.).
Its USA Liquid Crystal I think.

Guy here in Canada is selling it.

VG Cherry 10ml - low (11mg)
PG - Cappucino 10ml- low (4mg)
VG - Chocolate 10ml - Low (11mg)

Question, why is the VG low 11mg and PG low 4mg?

Also does anyone know if there is a mint chocolate anywhere? Even if its 0 nic.

As to why is low 11 = to low 4, there is little standardization of low/med/high, just as there little standardization as to what volume is small/medium/large in soft drinks from fast food shops. At least they show the mg/ml concentration so you can make your choice.

Ms T's Bakery had a mint chocolate when I last looked, but she is in the US.
I know Happy Vaper is proudly Canadian, but I do not remember if they have a pre-mixed mint chocolate. They would probably have the flavorings to make your own.
