After reading up on e-cigs for the last few days I am still confused on a few things.

I am thinking about purchasing this . . .

The INFERNO (T) Kit

Along with (2) tank-O-mizers

Comes out to $100 USD without shipping...

Is this the same thing as the volcanoe (just a different brand)? In case the link doesn't work it is a Joye eGo T - Tankomizer

As I am new to all of this, is there anything else that I need to purchase like atomizers (or does the tank have an atty built in it)?

What should I stock up to avoid not being able to use the e-cig when/if parts go bad?

In the real world is a 1,000 mah battery going to be comparable to 1 pack of analogs?

Will the passthrough battery allow me to "smoke" while it is plugged in without using battery life? Kind of like a cell phone . . . If it is plugged in you can use the phone without draining the battery.

Is this system basically a 510?

If I don't like the tank-o-mizer system can I change to cart, carto and or drip (I think I read that it is a pain to "taste test" when using a tank?)?

Can I replace the battery (would be looking at 1,000 mah - what style do I need?) without purchasing a whole new system?

Can I change to an auto if I don't like the manual (I assume it comes as manual?)?

I smoke Pall Mall Lights 100's (15 or so a day).

Will a bottle of 30ml (premixed Marlboro flavor for example - doubt I am going to mix right away) be comparable to 15 real cigs?

Is $10-$14 (USD) a fair price for a 30ml bottle (premixed)?

If a 30ml bottle will not last as long as 15 real cigs then I would be doing this strictly for health reasons (pack of Pall Malls run me roughly $5 USD when I purchase a carton).

The Joye eGo is cheaper than the Volcanoe up front ($60 compared to $100) but after purchasing parts to make it a passthrough and buying (1) 1,000 mah battery I would be at or exceed $100, correct?

I hope that this is a good start or the last few days of reading has been a waste.

You should be good to go, yes the eGo T is exactly the same thing. just branding. you may want to add a couple blank tank cartridges. should be a couple bucks for a pack of 5.
30ml of juice would be more like a carton of cigs. Batteries come starting at 650mAh which will last you like 8-10hrs of constant use, to 1000mAh which lasts me nearly two days depending on how much you vape.

PS. sorry for the double post but passthrough would be handy if spend a lot of time at your laptop or driving (car cig lighter adapter).. not super nessasary when your starting out. I would say a lot of people as long as they get a chance to charge one of their batteries each night would not need a USB pass through even with 650mAh batteries. most kits come with 2 of these. I prefer having 2 1000mAh batteries myself sometimes I don't allways have the time to charge them up.

We generally don't compare how long something will last against cigarettes because it's like apples and oranges. The average vaper goes through 3-5ml of juice per day.

The system you're looking at is a 510 and parts will be easy and cheap to find. You can use atomizers, cartridges or cartomizers. It's all up to you and whatever you'll like best.

I'm not quite sure what you mean about making the eGo a passthrough, unless you're just talking about buying an eGo PT. If you buy a regular eGo kit, then you can't just turn it into a PT. Those are generally a separate item.

Regardless of what you decide to purchase, you're definitely going to need extra atomizers. I would suggest at least 3 extras. Tornado is just a rebranded eGo and they only come as manuals. I wouldn't recommend an automatic anyway. You can get juice inside an automatic battery and that will ruin it. Manuals aren't difficult to get used to and give you more control over how you vape.

One can last for months and another one will stop working after only a day. That's just how they are. You don't want to put yourself in a position where you can't vape.

I have read that about the non tank systems (atty having a mind of its own - could be DOA or last 3 months). I thought maybe the tank system atty would last longer. I guess it won't make a difference.

I don't have a volcano so I may be way off here.

The ego-t is a 3 part ecig consisting of a battery, atomizer, and the tank. the volcano is listing as a tank-o-mizer not sure what that it. So it may not be a re-branded ego-t.

While the pass through is kind of neat I find I don't use mine any more with the longer life batteries that we didn't have a few years ago.

Look a little more at the volcano, looks like their tank-o-mizer is just the atomizer not the tank.(they need to improve their descriptions) Remember the tanks are reusable and very easy to refill. Atomizers wear out over time. You don't need the atty cones with the ego-t
