Well after what seems like a short time, just over a month of vaping, I bought my first rda today. Went to my local b&m and talked about options with them, decided on a wotofo lush.
I enjoy building coils on my tfv4 rba and this has a lot more room to experiment with the downside of less convenience when working or driving. First build is a dual 4 wrap 22ga a1 kanthal 2mm id, came out to .12 ohms. Seems to work great, big clouds and good flavour.
Going to be spending three weeks in camp starting Monday, plenty of time to experiment with parallel, twisted and whatever else I see on the forum (limited to whatever I bring up with me). Might even try and make Clapton's if I can find the small gauge for the outer wraps before I leave.
And tips for an RDA noob? Should I be leaving the wicks longer and tucking them under the coil? They're just long enough to to lay in the juice well right now. I've been dripping onto the wicks, do you put juice directly in the juice well as well? I suppose you probably could but the extra juice might leak more.
