woohoo just did my first run earlier on after quitting analogs.
too long nvr exercise but still managed to run 4km under 30min. (hit 2 traffic light which is like 4mins wait in total)
leg cramps etc etc but first thing i notice is.. giddiness!!!
i think my brain is overloading with oxygen when i was doing my cooldown. but definitely can feel i'm breathing deeper.
So, those ppl who quit liao, get out and do some exercise!!! (i'm loving it so i guess i'll try to run more often) hehe~
