It seems the low cost VW-VV mod fire is catching on and spreading!

I can pretty much guess that while the build quality isnt know yet the chip is going to be the same zmax chip that they are all using, after the vamo it shows the stock on them is up and the price for the chipset is dropping.

i do like the way it can be completely disassembled, so maybe they will get custom tubes and head pieces for it as well.

can't wait to see reviews on this.

I like that VV is going cheaper with thing like this and the Vamo. As someone knew to vaping cheaper VV mods (if good) are a great way to introduce VV/VW to newbies or people on a budget without scaring them away.

But the real test is, how does this one hold up.. I do like that my options are growing as i expand my horizons.

like i said it almost guaranteed this is the same chipset. i got a vamo before anyone knew what they were (when health cabin had like 50 or so a week lol) and still works so all thats left is the build quality i like anodized better then plated any day though.

Phil Busardo is reviewing one of these as we speak, so the vid should be up soon I would imagine.

From the pics I've seen of it in operation it appears to use the same ZMAX circuitry, as someone else mentioned... Same screen, same menu options, etc...

But this has a big fat drip well with eGo threading, and that's nice... I was looking for a mod like this that I could use a kanger T3 without an adapter. Oh well.. I got a vamo and an adapter... :) I have no regrets, I'm sure the Vamo will serve me well when it gets here

In the meantime I have a Lavatube V2 keeping me company. I must say, I'm very happy with it!

Just not a fan of spending half of my time vaping and the other half clicking through sub menus. Not everyone is a tweaker like me but for those of us constantly changing our settings ... menu design is important.

The Zmax menu is terrible imho and it will be interesting to see if this has the same user interface.

Not a huge fan of thin aluminium bodies either. Id rather have SS or plated brass (both can withstand a lot of abuse) and just skin it to my liking. Wish Ihybrid would come out with a SS/brass body.

The pictures of it powered up with the screen illuminated that I have seen would suggest it is exactly like the ZMax... It would appear the only real tweak that was made to the circuit that is different than the ZMax, is that the ability to swap between VAvg and VRMS has been removed. Now it ONLY operates in VRMS, which is a good thing.
