first time "DIY"er looking for advice

Sweetener sweetens. EM can do many things and sweeten is just one of them. I wouldn't call EM a sweetener..

So, I should have both on hand?

Anything other than lemon to add a bit of sour to flavors?


Anything else that you would say is a must have for a newbie?

Btw know of any good vapor shops in indiana you would reccomend?

Sour? How about Sour from TPA/TFA? I think Loranns makes a Sour too. I know they are better at adding sour than lemon juice because lemon juice don't add a sour note.

Must haves for a Newbie? Um, a good attitude and a willingness to make notes is better than all the equipment and bottles of stuff in the world.

As for vapor shops in Indiana, I know most of them. Due to my involvement on the Hoosier Vapers club council, I'm not able to recommend any shop over another as one of our missions is to promote all B&M shops in the state. I can say the guys behind Cravin' Vapes are good people and have been supportive of the club.

Also, if you live 2 hours south of Fort Wayne, then maybe you might want to stop by the Silver Bullet in Beech Grove from 4-8pm on any third Saturday of the month to get "unfiltered" opinions on shops and such from fellow vapers? Many of the folks who attend are not shy about sharing opinions... (And I get a kick out of AG and Jay debating the various merits of various mods.)

As far as recomendations , I was more looking for info on shops i may not have been to yet. ?..lol I find myself looking everywhere I go, as I travel the state with work...which is how I found cravin vapes...

I think I have been to all in central indiana except the couple shops near brownsburg. And I plan to visit them soon..lol

The main reason I am looking at the 100mg is mainly for the sake of price and ease of use.

I do understand the danger and plan on taking the appropriate safety measures. Also I plan on reducing to 50mg and freezing the majority of it in amber glass bottles.

This is enough that I had symptoms with minimal exposure to fumes. The cost differential is small when the extra pg/vg for dilution is considered. I'd recommend staying under 50mg/ml when starting. If not, make sure you have good ventilation.

I live close to Beech Grove as well Stealthy, small world. I think all the above advice is priceless , these guys all helped in my decision making process, hats off to all. Got my nic at WL 250ml/100mg -100%pg of which I cut 125 ml with 125 ml of VG to give me 250 ml 50 mg50/50 pg/vg. The other 125 ml of 100mg put back in the freezer for whatever I need it for. I suggest you get a nic test kit from WL or whoever else them. I tested my nic after it was cut and came up with 52.75 mg/ml. Not that big a difference, but I guess it could be.
