First Time Dripper Needs Help

I am planning on trying to drip with juice and blank KR808D-1 carts from LiteCig. It looks like you use a syringe.

How much juice goes into a blank cart?

Do you drip it or inject it into the material (assume it goes through the mouth end)?

that's a tuffie i use atty's to drip and love it but for carto's i will let someone else field that...sorry

If dripping with a cartomizer there will be no need for a syringe. Once you have a filled cartomizer you would replace the plastic cap with a driptip and drip directly through the tip into the cartomizer, holding the ecig at an angle so as to not get the liquid into the center hole/post.
The amount really depends on the type of cartomizer you purchase. Usually just under a ml in a syringe will fill the basic cartomizer.
I think you may be speaking of just filling a cartomizer. A syringe helps greatly with this. Slide the syringe down the side/between the cartomizer and the filler and as you depress the needle pull up so as to soak the filler slowly and evenly with half the liquid. Repeat on the opoosite side of the cartomizer using the remaining liquid. Allow to set for 10 minutes for the juice to disperse evenly throughout the filler.
Once you have filled the cartomizer you can put on a driptip and drip (dripping eliquid from the bottle into the tip) to keep the cartomizer topped off.
