Welcome to the forum.
I was a later starter than you by a couple years. Best thing I ever did for myself. Other than marrying my lovely wife of course.
Now if she would only switch to the vape side and make it unanimous.
You know you are gonna need a back-up device right???? haha.
Cheers.
Welcome Home to the ECF Family. I am now 76 and quit tobacco 2 years ago and replaced it with vaping. I smoked for nearly 60 years. It can be done and you can do it...or..I'll have to yell at you to GET OFF MY LAWN.....you don't want that do you? Good luck and keep steady!!!
Oh yes it can be done! I smoked 55 years off and on (mostly on) (tried many times to quit) I am 75 and have been cig free for 3 1/2 years. It only took 2 days to convince me to quit. Tried one cig a week later just to see if I still liked it. Yes I did, but decided I did not need it anymore. Now they really stink when I walk by a smoking section!
Thank you all for the welcome, even as a smoker I didn't like the smell. For me it is the habit I need to change, the rolling to make the cig was a part of it.vaping is a perfect substitute for the way I smoked...a few puffs let it go out then light up a few more and so on.
