I've been using the KR808D-1 with V4L cartomizers since I started vaping a little over a month ago. I got into refilling the carto's not long after but had been strictly PG liquid, so I thought I try out some VG-based juice.
I went to Cignot.com to try out the ECOpure Rich 0 mg and while I was there got some of their 0 mg 555 and 18mg ECOpure English Toffee.
I tried all on three separate clean/rinsed out carto's with my V4L manual USB PT.
1. Vapor: the vapor on all of them--holy Mother of God! Same inhale as always, but what a cloud! I've always been impressed with the V4L's PG carto vapor, but this was at least twice as much vapor, if not more! Wish I had a video camera, just because I still don't really believe it myself...
Also, the vapor seems warmer and smoother--with that much vapor, I would have thought I'd be coughing a lung out, but if I had to guess, I'd say it was the combination of the VG and the 0 mg, which to me has always been lighter than the most ultra-light analog I've ever smoked.
2. Flavor: top marks to the English Toffee: on the inhale, I get warm-sweet-tiniest hint of salt (like from a toffee with nuts?), exhale is a buttery after-taste and a little caramel, sort of like a Worthers candy, if you've ever had one. Very complex mix of flavors and almost exactly like English Toffee. There was definitely throat hit (it being 18mg), but not as harsh as some 18mg PG carto's I've tried...because it's VG?
I've been vaping 11mg 555 from V4L, 12mg Capucino and Hilton from Aroma E-Juice and none of them are this smooth or flavorful (not knocking them--I do like them for sure)--love this as my daytime vape and will definitely try a 0mg version to see if it satisfies as much.
Comparing the 0mg 555 with the other 555's: same flavor, less throat hit and more vapor (see #1 above)--great for night time/computer vaping when I want that tobacco flavor.
The ECOpure Rich 0mg didn't do anything for me...I almost couldn't taste anything it was so mild. Tons of vapor (again, #1 above), but that's about it. I'm going to do a second round to be sure, then just may use it in a mix to get extra vapor out of more flavorful juices. Anyone else had this experience with the Rich or is it just me?
On a side note: can't say enough about Terri at cignot.com. Ordered on a Sunday, got a shipment email same day and got the juice on Tuesday USPS, so she must have dropped it off Monday morning--definitely going back there for more!
