Hi All, my first post here.
Need some advice from all the veterans here.

After much effort, I finally gotten my Ego-C Twist and Mini Vivi Nova (it is not so legal from where I am from) along with 4 flavors of Dekang e-liquid, RY4, Mocha, Dr. Pepper and Red Bull, all at 11mg Nic.

The first experience is fantastic, I really thought this can work.
Until, I have these headache.
Of the 4 flavors that I got, the Mocha & Dr. Pepper are ok, but the Red Bull and the RY4 are giving me a headache. Especially the RY4, the headache is so bad that I have to take pain meds (and the meds didn’t even work).
My question is, is there a possibility that somehow Dekang screwed up and label the wrong nic level?
If the nic level is not wrong, then does flavor contribute to the headaches?
I am puzzled that each flavor has such different effect, does anyone experience this? Or is it just me.
vaping duration is the same….

I'm not a veteran, but this is also my first day vaping, and I too have some RY4. I'm probably going through the same motions as you right now, and using it a fair bit. So far I have no headaches, but it doesn't mean I won't get one soon. I don't know how this is supposed to help, but I at least wanted to share my experience thus far since we're kind of on the same page. Congrats on your decision and good luck on your journey! We can do this!!!!

I'm mot yet a vet but I"m not quite a newbie and I still get them when I vape to much or vape a high nic level. No nausea but mild headache. Not migraine bad thank God because I use to get those. Knock on wood.
I doubt they put in to much nic as that is the costly part but it is possible. You may need to drop down some on you nic level or get a big jar of aspirin. LOL
When I have it bad enough to notice I cut back.

Thanks guys, I really want this to work and I do feel that it can work.
I had plenty of water but will try to drink more...
What puzzled me was, some of the flavors doesn't leave me with that kind of headache.
At this stage I am trying to figure out, what nic level is suitable and how much to vape at one session?
Thanks for the advice.
Now I will need to device a plan to get some e-liquid from the US and see if it works better

watch out for the dreaded nic headache. as folks have said dehydration and mild nic overdose tend to be the causes. it's really easy to vape away and not realize until it's too late. nicotine from vapor does not enter your body the same way as cig nicotine. cigs are pretty instant into your system while vaped nic takes a little longer.

I get horrendous headaches from vapeing, I get sinus problems which are eased from a sinus spray and headache pills I read so much about dehydration ect that for months I put up with it and was drinking gallons of water but to no avail. I think vapeing VG only helps and I use mostly no nic or low nic. Some juice flavours make it worse so if you only get a headache with certain flavours I would find out what the difference is from the vendor and steer clear of them. Hope you can sort it out as I know how disappointing this can be.

Personally, PG gets me every time. I had a rough time with vaping in the beginning, until I noticed this.

As it is now, I solely vape VG juice, and have not had a single headache due to vaping since. Well, I have, once, but that was due to dehydration.

Try and see if you can grab some pure VG and check if that helps you.

I have been vaping going on three years soon. I would agree with the water and nic statements but I also can tell you this. From the perspective of someone who suffered migraines for 30 years, some flavors are not going to be good for you. I have some flavors that I can not vape no matter what. They always give me a headache. You need to change one thing at a time an:)d see if it helps. Don't try every suggestion at once as you will never know which one it was. Being as you said it was only with certain flavors, my bet is on the flavors or mislabled nic. (spelling nazi's need not apply :) )
