Hey everyone! I've been vaping for 2 weeks now and have abandoned my old stinky ways. I had tried to quit twice before, with the most successful stretch 5 months. During both of these times I had frequent vivid dreams about smoking. Now that I'm vaping, I'm happy to say that my first similar dream was of me vaping! Unfortunately it quickly turned into a nightmare.

In the dream I was going camping far from civilization for an extended period, and was so excited to be in the wilderness with just me, my girl, 3 batteries, and a large stockpile of juices and tanks. It quickly turned into a nightmare as I discovered that I had forgotten to pack a charger for the extended trip. I began frantically trying to figure out how to ration my puffs throughout the days to make 3 batteries last that long! That's when I realized I had several cartons of cigarettes in the truck. I was nearly crying in the dream knowing that before too long I'd be going back to my old stinky ways. It was then I woke up, realized my charger was sitting happily on the nightstand next to me, and the world was beautiful again.

Anybody else find that what used to be happy cigarette dreams have turned into nightmares?

I can imagine how relieved you were when you woke up. I haven't had nightmare cigarette dreams but I can see where this could definitely be a real life nightmare! I've wondered about a scenario similar to this happening, but I can honestly say I think I could hold out a couple of days and not buy the stinkies if I ran out of battery power, juice or equipment breakdown. Only been vaping about 3 months and maybe if it would have happened only a month ago I'd cave in and buy some analogs. But things seem to have evolved where I intuitively believe I wouldn't do it and I never thought that could happen. I know just what you mean about that dream though, have had it when watching what I eat, dream I ate three pieces of cheesecake or something and when I wake up I'm so relieved and happy to realize I really didn't!

I've been tobacco free for 122 days thanks to vaping! Had to comment on your 'cheesecake' dream. I've not only been tobacco free for 122 days, but have stopped having my after dinner desserts .... I just vape my desserts now and I've lost 16 lbs. without changing any other eating habits! Vaping strawberry vanilla cake, Tiramisu, banana cream pie, peaches & cream, chocolate coconut almond (like a mounds candy bar), & strawberry shortcake. Satisfies my dessert desire without any calories and I can have all I want!

I finished reading this post and I looked up and saw a banner ad for a flavor that said "the best cheesecake you'll never eat." Targeted advertising or coincidence? Either way, I think I may need this flavor now, like a kid who has just seen a fruitloops commercial during their cartoons!

Never had that kinda dream but in the beginning had some really weird and sometimes scary dreams. Vets advised me to lower my evening nic/ mg and no more weird dreams.

What's really scary is that all you have to do is change your dream scenario slightly to one where you are low on eliquid and go to 10 different online vaping stores and the first page of each site states: Closed by order of the US Government for violating the FDA's Deeming Regulations. That is a much scarier dream because it is much closer to a real scenario.

All vapers should join CASAA now or this dream may become a real nightmare.
