Thanks! I hope I can make it as long as you have.

Since yesterday was my first day without an analog I decided to finally add a banner to my sig. :D

Congrats, Gemini!! I see that you are from AR too!

I still have a half-pack of analogs with me "untouched", and it is lying in the same place I left it since I got my 510 in the mail in the evening of 20th Feb, 2010. vaping changed my life!!

Yep, born and raised (for the most part) in NEA. I am in LR at least once a week for work. I absolutely hate that drive. haha

Congrats, Gemini ! I too have only been analog free for 2 days because of my vaping. I just ordered a bunch of cartomizers so looking forward to getting them because all I have to vape with at the moment is cinnamon from vp4life or menthol both are decent flavors but the nicotine level is 36mg which is too strong in my opinion. But ya congrats and hopefully vaping will allow you to not want a analog ever again. I think having this forum helps me tremoundously because it keeps me motivated to stay off the analogs.

I completely agree. This forum has been a tremendous help. Reading the stories of others who have gone through the same thing I am is a great daily reminder of why we all do this.

I am sitting here having a cup of coffee and vaping and a thought hits me...

I didn't smoke yesterday!

Since I started vaping I have still been having one or two analogs a day. Yesterday I didn't have one at all. The best part is, I didn't even realize it until this morning. It appears that vaping was enough to satisfy me completely.

This makes me very happy. :D

Way to go!! I had my last cig just over 24 hours ago. I'm enjoying vaping much more than smoking....AND....I sure don't miss that smell!! Today I'm on a cleaning frenzy.

Yes, it's a fabulous feeling....Congrats to you!!

Welcome to the club. I don't remember exactly when I smoked my last analog but it was 2 or 3 days before Thanksgiving last year ('09), just about 2 months after my 1st ecig (Evo 402) arrived in the mail.

OTOH - I distinctly recall after Thanksgiving dinner, thinking I would step out on the front porch and have a smoke. I know my wife, daughter and brother-in-law werre expecting me to do so. With no regrets at all I decided not to, and haven't looked back. No pain, no crave, just freedom, finally, from 44 years of analogs.

Love hearing the successes. Helps me a lot to read them. As soon as I got my Tornado booted up 9 days ago, I haven't had an analog since. I do not really even want one. However, I am almost out of juice and I am feeling the anxiety. I do have one more pack of non FSC Colombian Marlbs that are only 2 weeks old in my dresser I keep as a souvenir which I hope to not break open. I'll keep reading the success stories. Heh

I first tried vaping a couple months ago when a friend of mine got a Blu.

Didn't think much of it until I saw the disposable 510 kit for 8 bucks a piece (!!!) at MadVapes. Thought "why not" and ordered two.

The first day, I smoked two analogs, and I haven't had one since (except for occasional drunken one). I can't stop evangelizing about vaping either!

I want to try a 510 , how has your luck been with those? Did you switch to a regular 510? Can you refill them, and how long do they last?
I have a kr808, love the workability of them but want to try a 510 too.
I still smoke some, have not forgot to smoke yet,
someday maybe I will that would be cool:rolleyes:

The 510 is refillable, and my first atty has lasted a month so far.

You can get the normal ones for dirt cheap at cignot.com.

same with me my friend. its now been almost 7 days!!!!!!!!!1 havent touched an analog since i got my 510 . had some edgy moments this weekend (probably withdraws) but i found the rath juice mt dewey pretty much to my liking.i ordered atomic cinnacide 24 mg,had to put it down was too high in nicotine i think it was giving me a headrush, now to figure out how to cut it down. vaping seems to have changed so many peoples lives, ive talked to my old friend who is 57 and a 2 pack a day smoker i did a demo for him this morning (he smokes menthol) put some menthol juice in a new cart in my 510 and let him give it a whirl. his first reaction was like mine cough cough cough, then a few moments later hey hey hey.i gave him this website adress and he called his wife and she is reading this website as we speak (doctor warned him he needs to quit analogs asap). so i hope i can change peoples lives by doing demos for them. with this ecig taking off now i highly doubt we will see a ban or a heavy regulation on them. hell even the doctors are giving the ok to patients to try it. thank you all on this forum for being so supportive to me and everyone else. i agree THIS IS REALLY A LIFE CHANGER!!!!!!!!!!!!!:)
