Flat top batteries for a ProVari??

I just read this:

ProVariYou must use batteries that have a positive nipple on the top. Flat top batteries will not work.

Can someone with a Provari let me know that this is right?

Your best bet with any Mod is to order the batteries the manufacturer of your Mod reccommends.....in your case the Provari.
AW IMR Batteries: Ecigarette Batteries, ECig Batteries, Battery 18500
AW IMR 18350 Batteries: Ecigarette Batteries, ECig Batteries, Battery 18500

I would just go with genuine AW IMRs......you can get them from RTDVapor.com for a decent price........dont be fooled by MaH ratings on batteries....its generally accepted that the Chinese lie about those all the time.

Provari is specifically designed around the aw batteries.Theyre proven safe and are used by law enforcement pros as well in their flashlights. That alone should tell you how good they are

Id be willing to bet ya that the genuine AW IMR at 2200Mah will out last those efest 3400 Mah batteries. Just told ya they lie about the MaH rating all the time.....especially with cheaper batteries.

No problem.One additional word of caution.It says those efest 3200 MaH batteries are too wide to fit in a Vamo....you may run into the same trouble with the Provari

another thing about the very high capacity batterys protected or not they are normally not high drain batterys and cant provide the proper power for most mods. but yea stick with the AW's for the provari the 2000 mah batterys last me all day but then again i never go anywhere without two devices...just in case lol

I bet they are not IMR batteris which must be used in a VV mod...

Efest IMR batts have been tested to as good or better performance as the AW's. They make both IMR and reg protected batts. I'm using the efest 2200ma 18650 in mine right now!

I bought 4 18650's from provape when I bought my provari 14 months ago and they are still going strong in rotation. I also rebuild all of my vi vi nova's and at times have screwed up during the process but the provari lets me know about it. LOL
