Hi!

On day #3 of being analog-free. I'm still head over heels for my 510 and am beginning to explore options beyond the pre-filled carts and single bottle of tobacco flavored juice I bought with my starter kit.

I recently ordered a 6-bottle sample pack, all different flavors. My question is how do you effectively change flavors without mixing the last one you vaped with the new one? Do you have refillable carts dedicated to each flavor? How do you keep track of them?

I've come up with some theoretical solutions (ziplocs to keep the correct carts/flavors together.... or a metallic paint pen to mark the carts....) but maybe I'm overthinking this?

How is it done?

Thanks!!!

Hey buddy! Small ziplocs work the best and then label those. That way they are kept fresh. Although I end up dripping on different carts and really have not had a bad experience with that. Pick up a syringe if you can, that helps to fill. Also you can load the old poly material in them and squeeze out the extra juice that wasnt vaped.

When I am done using a cart I just set it aside and eventually put them all in a bowl of hot water then dry then refill using FLUVAL (water polishing pad), I cut into small strips then cut those to fit the cart. You will need to experiment with sizes and fluff to get it just right for your needs.

:)

Oh Fluval is available at petsmart

Hi!

I use a paper clip witt a wee little hook on the end to pull out the stuffing from my carts and wash both the stuffing andd the cart out with hot water, let 'em dry, and re-stuff 'em. I've also tried other stuffing such as teabag paper, coffee filters, and some coarse poly pillow stuffing. It seems to me, though, that the original stuffing that came in the carts work best. Be sure and re-fluff before you re-stuff!

I blow thru the battery end of my atty into a paper towel and then blot as much juice as I can off the wick. I only wash my attys if absolutely needed. I prime my atty with one drop of flavorless juice to "purge" the remains of the old flavor.

Like Colorado above I use little ziplock bags to hold my carts and label them with flavor.

If I'm switching from lemon to cola I just let it ride- they go good together! Reminds me of getting a lemon coke at the soda fountain when I was a kid. Yeah- I'm THAT old...

Your idea is good, keeping the carts and sample bottles together. They usually send me those little bottles in individual little ziplocs so maybe they will with yours also.... I got some fruity flavors today, peach, watermelon, apple, etc. and I'm not all too impressed, very little flavor. I need to mix my own... I also rinse out my cart filling and casing each time I switch flavors if using the same one and squeeze the poly filling with paper towel and blow out the cart with canned air then its good to go with a new flavor :)
