Are the FE flavors that ecigexpress sell rebranded from another flavor manufacturer? I thought I read this somewhere, but I can't find it now.

That I did know- I discovered it after I placed an order for some Signature flavors that were duplicates of my TFA flavors. 'Doh.
I've never seen any Dekang flavors for sale- only the e-liquids. Do you have a link?
Unfortunately I have also been unable to find a source for Dekang flavors.
What I did definitely find (and I will look to see if I bookmarked it on my PC - on phone now - was some sort of "manifesto" issued that stated Dekang was renaming flavors due to complaints over trademarks and it had a table of the original flavor and the new name that flavor would henceforth be renamed.
The list was clearly the ECX TobEx line.
I also contacted ECX to see if I could special order certain flavors as they are the only source I have found that has a direct line to Dekang flavors (not juices),
Sadly no joy.
Their wholesale availability DOES vary so you can watch it. But move on it.
I wanted to special order bulk "Turkish". No dice. Then a month later it was listed in 500 mL lots.
Of course I dawdled and did not procure and it is now unavailable again. But another one I wanted to special order was Golden VA. Back in stock! Gonna order while I can.
It changes. Unless someone else knows a DeKang source keep a watch on ECX and if and when they got it, get it ...

I would give anything to get Dekang Desert Ship and RY4 (DK-4). Sigh
