I do love the Magma, it is great in the flavor dept/very easy to build on as well as holding a good amount of juice....However.....Own 2 of them and they require 3 fixes IMO. 1st fix is the needle fix (12 gauge/2mm) hollow needles (cut to correct height) so you don't get juice leaking out of the air holes. 2nd would be an o-ring that goes on top of the afc ring to keep juice from leaking down the threads and into the afc ring. 3rd would be a small/thin piece of rubber band or whatever you like to insert between the body of the RDA itself to keep the afc ring from moving around freely. Still a good RDA, just should have been thought out better.

I've heard AMAZING things about the Plume Veil... If you can find/afford one that is. I have a clone on order, so I'll see how that pans out :D

The Plume Veil has surprising flavor for the amount of vapor it puts out. That said, it's also a leaky affair and runs out of juice faster than a keg at Octoberfest.

I will second the Magma. Easy to build on but only dislike is it doesn't sit flush on a lot of mods. The Tugboat V2 was mentioned that is one I always keep coming back to. A rda that has not been mentioned is the Marquis. I love the Marquis. It is super fun to build on and has good flavor and vapor production.

Get a plume veil V 1.5 Got mine a few weeks ago from Angelcigs.com for $11.08 took it to a coin/jewelry buyer to confirm if the deck was really gold plate "IT WAS" and the center pin is 92.5% Silver plate a fluke? I don't know. Delrin Center post/510 insulator instead of silicon no longer twists easy. Super easy to build 1, 2,or 4 coil builds. All brushed stainless Comes with 510 drip tip you can change out. Deep nice Engravings. Tolerances are great and machining was perfect. I was super surprised and happy! Able to open one slot for single coil builds or both. 3 angles to open up the air flow holes that go through the "milled in the deck" negative posts and five airflow holes in the top cap to close off or open to your liking. Only RDA I have used in the past 2 months. Set my magma, tugboat, Doge v2, and 454 big block aside. They are ALL authentic and I am just digging this Plume veil from angelcigs. Have a plume veil Clone made by Tobecco And stripped a negative post the first week and it was $30 with no drip tip. It sucked. Try angelcigs everything I have ordered from there has beat my expectations and I was very weiry at first due to there pricing but so happy I made that first order I keep going back! I ordered the plume 30 ft. of 28 AWG A1 and 22mm mod slip rings for $17.68 shipped. Got it in Mesa, AZ in 4 days "1 day was a Sunday." Watch RipTrippers video on the Plume Veil 1.5/2nd version he'll sum it all up Brother.

Appreciate the advice. I'm looking to make the jump to droppers from a tank. What is everyone's thoughts on the freakshow? Seems likes it got decent reviews for the $.

It has that common 3 in a row post design; that's a thumbs down for me.
Airflow is similar to the magma, but much bigger; that's a plus.
Chuff cap design (you can take the topmost part off and look down into the cylinder instead of having to take the whole cylinder off); that's a plus.

I love these threads! Every popular atty gets thrown in. Sometimes twice. You will have a drawer full of atty's in no time! Might as well adjust your budget now.

LMAO ikr, I was in hopes when I started vaping to even save a buck or two over analogs. I do love the fact that I can have an atty for like mostly fruit, one for custards, and now one for the cinnamon-banana when I choose to vape that, but those 4 mods you see in my avatar are 3 too many. I have no desire to venture into the atty or mod sections of this forum. I'll just read the one asking questions like this in the new members forum LOL
