Along with deciding where to buy my juice, see my other thread, I also need recommendations for flavors. With anything flavored these days they always have flavors that are good and "OMG WTF is that gross crap?!" I don't want the latter of the two. lol

I have been vaping fruity flavors and I'm bored with them. I'm really wanting a nice "smooth" flavor. I'm almost thinking about a Vanilla if they are any good.

So what kind of smooth vanilla like flavors are great and what should I stay away from? Thanks guys!:D

I like the Nhaler HV Vanilla Carmel (Cow Tails). I also have Vanilla Carmel and Carmel apple from Tasty Vapor and they are very smooth slightly sweet but not overpowering candy flavors.

If you don't mind mixing your own eliquid, I would recommend Capella's Vanilla Custard flavor. It's richer and smoother than just a plain vanilla flavor.

Vanilla Custard "NEW"

I suggest making a small sample with 20% flavoring to start with.

Vanilla also combines well with flavors such as caramel and tobacco. You can add a drop or two of vanilla directly to your cart and then finish topping off with a premixed juice such as Marlboro or Cherry and the flavors will blend together in the cart.

Personally, for a "smooth" vape, and by this I mean the type of vape that soothes and relaxes you, I prefer either 555 or RY4. I typically use one or the other when i get home from work to unwind from the day. I have been known to mix the 2 as well for a nice complex but yet still soothing flavor. Now the mixed version is not for everyone, my buddy thinks its gross despite loving both flavors individually, but personally I find it very relaxing.

Dekang vanilla has been a disappointment to me. It's hard to get vanilla right, but "smooth" flavors abound. TastyVapor Buttercream or Coconut Cream Pie? Nhaler's Butterscotch or other desserty flavors are also quite nice.

Hmm... try a coffee-based flavor if you like that kind of taste. A true coffee flavor is not always easy, but cappuccino or cafe mocha are available from many good places and make a nice morning or evening vape.

If you do DIY, I like Loranns Bavarian Vanilla Cream with a bit of Butter, it adds richness to other juices too.

Butter Rum (TV Version) and cafe machiatto are excellently smooth vapes - both from tastyvapor.us. Cafe machiatto is my all day vape.

I have a question, some e-cigs such as mine (greentip) require normal flavor cartridges but other e-cigs are shaped different such as the pure smoker version which look like some kind of screw driver. Do these models take the same format cartridges or different?
Also, I am very satisfied with my greentipUSA .com which i bought a couple of months ago but are there any recommendations as to which models are for more advanced users?

The puresmoker version you mentioned is known as a "battery mod." It can use several different style atomizers, depending on which adapter you decide to use - and no, greentip style (m401, i think) carts would not fit on this model.
As far as recommending a new model - peruse the forum and read some reviews/ check out different styles - there are so many to choose from! Perhaps start out researching a "penstyle" M201. These would offer bigger carts(less frequent refilling) and bigger batteries(longer battery life.) Or even a mid-level battery mod like vaprlife.com's VP1 or VP2 - these would offer the flexibility of choosing multiple atomizers and much longer battery life. And then you have the 5/6volt arena which offers the ultimate in the powervaping experience (or so I'm told.) At any rate - hang out, talk, chew the fat, and decide which model might be right for you! Have fun!

The thing about flavors... you need to try a bunch to find what you like. It's all about personal preference. If you like caramel, vanilla etc. You may want to try RY4 and Taboo (Taboo is my fav.)

I love the 555 High Voltage from Nhaler, and VG Marlboro (Not the USA Mix).

Good luck, buy a lot of little bottles all at once, drip them, then order your favs in larger bottles. You will find yourself changing flavors as taste buds come back to life.

I love Vanilla but on another thread (below) I read this on pg. 10:

“Yes vanillin is one of the chemicals found in vanilla, helps give its signature smell, and yes my advice is don't inhale vanillin, is reported to cause mutation in cells after repeated use.”

http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...05-list-common-symptoms-when-e-smoking-8.html

There's more about it in that thread. It's really hard to know for sure what's okay to vape and what isn't. Evidently some believe it's the 'flavors' added to the PG and VG that are the potential problem. If that's true, it's not good news.
