I have been doing some research about making my own e-liquid. My final question is can I get flavoring (Non tobacco) Like caramel and vanilla from a "health food store". If so what to look for to not vape and will it be as strong as say some of the concentrates that are sold. Any help would be appreciated.

Don't know that you can as I've never tried to purchase through that route.

Caramel is a way of burning sugar so natural caramel would be an atty clogged at best. I have no idea how breathing in vapor from burnt sugar would affect the lungs, but it doesn't seem like a great idea to me.

Vanilla is open for debate. It is weak in it's natural form. (Flesh of the bean in alcohol or oil). Weak may be able to be worked arou.d, but it would have to be filtered well to keep solids out.
