There is a DIY forum on here. There are also juice calculators to give you measurements based on nic content you want and flavor %.

You are going to need to provide more info for anyone to answer you question.

Such as what nic content base do you have. What flavoring do you have.

It depends on what amount of nic mixture you have... I would say if it's a large amount, don't flavor all of it at once, separate it out into smaller amounts, so if something "ick" happens you will not have ruined your flavor. Unless you purchased 30 ml of "nic base."

As far as flavoring it, it depends what you have. If it's a "one shot" flavor that doesn't need steeping I might start around 5% as you can shake and vape without much steeping usually. Is that what you have, though? We need more information.

Basically, it's easier to under flavor a mixture than to try and rescue it by diluting it down, so that's my general statement. If you want to mix in various different flavorings that's a different matter, and I would proceed to the DIY forum and read some links on flavors and juice calculators and ask more questions there.

Commercial flavorings are generally often in the 10--15% range. IMO, that is too much flavor for me, and it also depends on WHO manufactured your flavoring as different makers dilute it to different strengths.

You also will dilute down nic strength depending on how much flavoring(s) you add.

Best of luck, but we do need more information to not speak in generalities.

I going to buy unflavored e-juice with nic and the mixture I want, how do you add flavoring to this mixture.

Use an E-Juice calculator to work out the amount of flavouring you need to add to get your desired strength. I usually mix the flavour at 10% as a good starting point.

I just got through banging out a couple of batches on e-Liquid Calculator. This week, I received some flavors to make Peanut Butter and Banana, and Apple Fritters. I didn't really have all the flavors to recreate the exact recipes that inspired me, but at this point, I'm confident I will get close enough.

If you are working with tobaccos, you'll want to start less than 5% until you are familiar with how concentrated the flavor is; some are as low as 2%.

You got some good advice here. I just want to say I’m so glad to see you’re going to give it a try!

When I first started vaping, the only commercial juice that was working for me was discontinued. I was in a panic looking for a replacement. Bought a lot of terrible stuff, unvapeable... I nearly went back to smoking

Which was why I started to diy. So I understand the anxiety associated with wondering if your juice will be available. It’s teally empowering when you can control your own supply!

Rooting for you all the way!

What Smacuser said. Flavorings vary widely in concentration, even among flavor manufacturers. Some work at 1% and others that aren't as concentrated can be as high as 15% to be in the sweet spot.

Do a search for recommended percentage for any particular flavor you use before mixing.

It is measured by %. ie. If you have a 30 ml(volume) bottle and decide to add 5% or 10% flavoring then you would calculate the ml to put into the bottle.

    (30)ml x 0.05 = 1.5 ml
    (30)ml x 0.10 = 3.0 ml

I would suggest starting with an all in one flavor mix. Onestopdiyshop has some great flavors that they have prepared in a concentrate that we as diy'ers use at our own %.

A really good one is Succulent Strawberry. All you have to do is decide how big of bottle you want to end up with.(Suggest 30ml).

I would also buy a nic strength just a little above where you normally vape to compensate for any loss you will have by buying a premixed nic solution. Of course, if using a 30ml bottle with already prepared nic mix, you really would only lose a fraction of that nic strength and probably never notice the difference.

One Stop Blends - Succulent Strawberry - 10mL

Of course this is only a suggestion, as you may hate strawberries. LOL. But they do have multiple different blends/flavors. Just have a look.

Good luck and let us know.

    :)
