Here & There
Haha, like like like! :D Ya, when I ship out things it really does remind me of his packaging methods sometimes, minus the heat sealer. I sell electronics usually, and the main reason I package so well is my fear of the almighty chargeback or paypal, due to reading all those horror stories about ebay/paypal fraudsters. I even insure all packages out of pocket for anything over $20-25, take pictures of items being packaged and fully packaged for anything over $50. I'd rather be prepared and covered for accidents, and or scammers, then try to handle that mess after the fact, especially because of how paypal likes to side with the person doing the scamming often, and of course even if they side with you eventually they still freeze your account while they think it over and laugh at you.

So yes, I do package just about everything like the Wizard does. If I sent you 5-10 flavor vials, you'd agree too, and they would for sure come in a box too (Likely over-sized a little as well :)).

Honestly, with all the things I've sold over the years, I've found that you can normally ship things in your own boxes cheaper than the standard flat rate or priority boxes, same applies when shipping via first class it's often very similar price for envelope or box, since it all goes by weight anyway.

* FranC, ya I knew that, I'm mainly looking at their flavorings :)

I used to sell on ebay regularly years back before they changed so many things there that benefit the buyer and are unfair to the seller. It was a good time for me and I enjoyed it. I was in a very niche market mostly vintage clothing and vintage do-dads. They sure don't make it easy over there anymore.

We are taking over this thread ladies...lol

You're right, ebay is a buyer's world now for sure! I've almost stopped selling there lately, only when I absolutely have to will I take the time to deal with their fees :D

You're right though, it used to be fun to sell there, now it's a painful and worrisome hassle, especially for us little people! I still like to buy there though, but now it's like 98% buying and 2% selling for me, instead of the 40-50% selling that it used to be. I try to sell locally or in other forums first now, then if I can't I'll crawl to ebay. Really though, over the last year or so it's been hard to get buyers too, so even if you do deal with the hassle you still don't make as much as used to be possible, I think many sellers left and a lot of them were buyers too and they never looked back.

It'll crash or become corporate big box sales only someday soon I'm sure, they're really pushing out everyone else.

Is that in the planning section yet, or just still in talks via thread somewhere or PM? Curious to check those T3's and ProTanks prices, thanks!

It should be in the Planning section by this weekend.

It started here --> http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/coop-planning-discussion/383757-kanger-protank-iclear30.html
Hibi only jumped in on the last few pages, but I've been stalking it since the beginning. I think she is only planning for Kangers (my current favorite as these things go). Do get in if you can.

Edit: I just placed a large ECX order as well. Hopefully it will ship quickly and arrive in good condition, especially if I missed the previous USPS issues.

Thanks Stoneface, hopefully I can spare some change, it'll be my first co-op!

Hopefully she allows paypal too, can't do popmoney or the other bank stuff! If not, maybe someone will grab one for me and let me pay them via PP?

It will be my first Coop too, and I haven't jumped on the Popmoney bandwagon (I'm not a fan of Citi). I think we're rowing in the same boat...

I opened an online Citi checking funded with a small amount just for CoOp but tons of banks have PopMoney.

I'm a hold-out for Hibi's CoOP. She's a great CoOp host and her CoOp's always go very smoothly. Fun,fast and friendly.

Ohh, I replied to that thread, thinking it was Hibi's!? Is it not? I wanted to get in where you all were too, looked like the right spot :)

Not sure what payment will be but I'm sure something can be worked out:)

Sounds good, if it's not going to be pp, hopefully someone will work out something for a few of us!

Great, hopefully she'll do pp, or hopefully we can find someone we can pay via pp then and have them grab extras and send to us (or just forward our addy's as paid with them). Well I guess I'm going to have to wait and see how the prices go down too, cash is always tight for me so I might not be able to jump in if the prices aren't great. I bet they will be though, I've been tempted by co-ops so many times already, can't believe I haven't jumped yet! Wanted to a time or two lately though, but the loss of pp on a few made it not an option for me or I would have already jumped on one or two.

Ohh ya, and flavor, flavoring, and more flavors!! :D Trying to keep the thread on track. But on that, ya I'd love to see a nice big flavor co-op!!

Haha, oh well, I replied to that thread linked a min ago. I'll keep an eye out this weekend then :thumb:

I keep looking at that thread hoping that the info will at least be posted there, but I do also check the Coops section (can you tell I'm dying for the ProTank?).

On the subject of flavors, I bought about 20 based on this thread and the preceding ECX thread. Many thanks to all of you Gurus! Hopefully I didn't buy a single crab juice in the bunch. I'm new to DIY and stalking/learning every day.

I try to limit how often I peek in there, F/S section even more-so
I know what you mean...it's a healthy exercise in self-control. I have had my fingers hovering over the buttons too many times trying to rationalize pv purchases. I've maintained control so far, and have to watch myself. :)
Buying juice supplies, on the other hand, that's another story....

Right! I'm with ya on that Stoneface, I've done good controlling my hardware purchases, but flavors and DIY supplies are always out of hand, and oddly even if I need additional hardware I have to figure out those options after intended upcoming DIY required necessities (Even though they aren't necessities) :D

What makes us "NEED" more DIY over everything else, even when we already have enough DIY to easily tide us over, and might even really need hardware, but yet we still have to get those 4 flavors first haha

My need arises from the coming FDApocalypse, so I am ordering nic juice. I sadly lose some control once on the DIY sites that are conveniently set up as one-stop-shopping. I hope I am done, for now, anyway. I should end up with enough juice to last a while. I don't think the FDA can ban the flavors now (I'm not even a tobacco vaper) because we use them. BTW, I have tied my hands up so it is difficult to type and order more liquid anything!

Edit: I am now, however, happily entertaining all of the recipes and flavor combinations that the more experienced folk around here serve up.
