I can't seem to be able to order "Cowboy" in 5mil at any strength but 0, so I'm guessing that you are out of stock. I've read good things about it, and I'm looking for a good tobacco flavor. So the question is if you are out of stock, when do you foresee getting some more in?

Your guess would be correct. If 0mg is the only thing available in the popup that is the only thing available.
