Flavour preferences changing over time...

I’ve noticed my taste in e-liquids has changed a lot since I first started vaping. Flavours I loved early on—mostly sweeter profiles—don’t always work for me anymore, while others I never expected to enjoy have grown on me over time. Has this happened to anyone else? What types of flavours are you enjoying lately?

Always chasing fruits with generous high notes from the beginning. Only real difference for me is less flavor % over the years. I do still like to change it up occasionally adding creams/ cheesecake more often but still most straight fruits. In the very early years I vaped coffee juices as well but very seldom do now.

I have had a similar experience as ellewest. I started out liking certain fruit flavors but now gravitate to the tobacco flavors. The fruity flavors are just too sweet for me, I find I don't care for sweet anymore. I also find I can try a new flavor and not care for it, but if I keep vaping it anyway I have come to like a few of them. Go figure....I guess the flavor grows on me?!

Definitely happens. I think a lot of people start out chasing really sweet flavours because they help separate vaping from cigarettes, but after a while your taste buds calm down and those same liquids start feeling heavy or overly sugary.

I used to like dessert and candy profiles a lot more than I do now. These days I lean more toward lighter fruits, mint or simple tobaccos because they don’t wreck my palate after a few hours.

Funny how flavours you hated at first suddenly become all day vapes years later

It’s interesting how flavor preferences evolve. A lot of vapers start with sweet fruit or candy flavors, then slowly move toward menthol, dessert, or tobacco blends after a few years. Sometimes it’s because your taste buds change after quitting cigarettes, and other times you just get tired of the same profile every day. I’ve also noticed that flavors I disliked before can suddenly become all-day vapes later on.
