Varies with personal taste and particular flavor. I usually start off at about 5% and add more or thin it out later. I've only DIY'ed a couple times, though. I like extra flavor, and I seem to remember thinning mine out a bit - but this was months ago so I could be wrong. So 2% might be right :)
More information here: DIY E-Liquid and E-Liquid Recipes , though FlavourArt threads don't seem to come up too often. Here's one: http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/diy-e-liquid/266728-flavourart.html

What % does anyone use for the flavourArt. I just bought some of the Maxx Blend, 7 Leaves and Virginia and the FA site says to use it at 1-2% but others have said to use it at 10-12%. Any suggestions here? Thanks.

I find that the recommended percentages from FA is way too weak. Even after steeping. My recipes start at 10% for single flavors, and when mixed with multiple flavors 5% seems right. I have one recipe that has 15% for one flavor. Its all subjective to tastes. However it seems that most flavors at 5% is just right.

Yep, everyone is right. It is subjective to taste. I've been playing around with these flavors for about a month now. I like the various berry flavors. I started out with 2 drops and added 1 drop at a time after testing. I found that the actual flavor will depend on how many drops to use. Some flavors are stronger than others, so it is a testing game. Very important - keep notes! I have an index card for each flavor. I also had to order some sweetener (from MsTsBakery) to fine-tune some of the more bitter flavors. But, hey, some folks like it tart - so we come back around to the subjective part.

Have fun with it and have patience!
