Well where i got the tanks at it said fill the carts from the bottom,in other words from the center tube,done it many times and never had a problem after blowing out!

Via what method are you filling through the bottom, condom? My guess is that, you are definitely over saturating the carto. As you now know, per your previous experience . . . There is a fine line between properly saturated and over saturated.

Homemade tank, huh? :unsure:

Could there be juice leaking between the carto and tank? Typically some quality and properly fitting o-rings prevent this from happening.

So try to ascertain if the juice leakage is from the carto itself or between the tank and carto.

Are you using a tank accessory tool to protect the o-rings from the sharp edges of the carto top? The o-rings could now be damaged. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AOhhasydESQ

no o rings needed just plunger inserts from syringe!

Without seeing and handling the tank myself, I have no further suggestions. Theoretically, there could be issues with the tank's inner pressure causing the carto to flood with a homemade tank.

I hope someone can help here,i have just built a new tank and use Boge carts in it,my problem is they keep flooding,by this i mean it keeps leaking onto my devise's battery connecter,any advice or fix would be greatly appreciated,thanks!
