Flushed out nasty tasting flavor, prefilled cartomizer

I am new here and just received my lavatube in the mail yesterday. I was so anxious to use it I went locally to buy cartomizers instead of waiting for the ones I ordered on line(definatley a mistake should have waited for the empty cartomizers I ordered).
The only thing they had was 510D 2ohm prefilled cartomizers. Flavor was Flue-Cured tobacco. The cartos I ordered are 3 ohms but I asked on ECF if the 2 ohms would work answer was yes. So I figured I would just vape the Flue Cured tobacco until it was empty then refill. This flavor was disgusting, makes me wonder if anyone even tests these flavors before selling them. It was so nasty that I thought I was burning the cartomizers. I was on ECF live chat asking if the 2 ohms carto was the wrong one and thought that I had burnt up 2 of the cartos.
Thanks to a suggestion from ORIONLONESTAR I was able to clean out the prefilled cartos using hot water and a blue nose sucker to flush out the nasty flavor and I also used the nose sucker to dry out the carto and refill immediately.
I started vaping right away and it works fine. I wasn't burning the cartos at all it was just a nasty flavor.

Another way to remove juice from a carto is the reverse taryn spin.

Yes I use the Walmart.com: Apex: Oral Medication (Small) Syringe, 1 Ct: Home Medical for $2.00 for the same task. Cone included that connects to the syringe connects perfectly to a carto. If you clear coat nail polish the numbers it can also be using for measuring ml for DIY/ mixing. You can also tie a string to the cone and use the Taryn Spin with it.

I've tried a few different methods, and nothing I have tried gets rid of a bad taste in a cartos. I even bought a carto cleaning kit.
