I do not fly anymore since the unconstitutional TSA has taken over airport security. However, I am left with no choice but to fly as work needs me to travel and will not pay for my time and gas to drive across the country. I relented and will be flying next week.

I vape a Silver Bullet with 5.5 ml liquinator tank and punched cartos. I plan to bring the following with me:
1x Silver Bullet
1x 5.5 ml Liquinator tank full with juice and carto
4x 18650 batteries
1x 18650 two battery charger
5x Smok Tech mega carto
1x cartomizer punch (ring style from MadVapes)
1x 50 ml plastic bottle juice, labeled flavor and nic content etc. from MadVapes
1x 30 ml plastic bottle juice, labeled flavor and nic content etc. from MadVapes

I will not be checking any bags and will be traveling with two carry on bags only, along with my jacket which has many pockets. The bags are as follows:
A small backpack containing my laptop computer and various chargers/electronics/cables and documents.
A small duffel bag with clothes, and personal hygiene items (no liquids though)

Also note that I will not consent to any porno scanners, though I believe they are not at all terminals where I will be traveling. If I am forced into a screening area with porno scanners I will decline, and expect to receive additional scrutiny along with a pat down.

Is anything I plan to bring prohibited? How should I plan to carry the various item? Should I expect any scrutiny? What should I do if they steal any of my vaping items? Are they legally permitted to steal my vaping items assuming none are prohibited?

I am not familiar with the latest gestapo style tactics, though I believe they require all liquids to be in a ziploc bag. I plan to put my two juice bottles in a ziploc bag. Should I put my liquinator tank in this ziploc bag as well? Where should I put this ziploc bag? Jacket, laptop backpack, or duffel bag? Should my Silver Bullet be assembled or disassembled? Where should I put it? I plan to keep my spare cartos, abtteries, charger, and punch in my backpack in same compartment as my phone charger and misc. computer cables.

Note that I had to go to jury duty last year in the ghetto, and was surprised to find in order to get into the government building one had to empty all pockets of metal into a xray scanner and pass through a metal detector. I nervously did so, placing my Silver Bullet with tank setup in the bin and got a couple looks from the many police officers standing around the checkpoint but nobody said anything to me. I passed through several times throughout the day to step outside and vape.

Hopefully the airport will be the same level on non-issue. I really just want to be left alone as I'm not breaking any laws and just minding my own business. I'd prefer to drive and avoid this hassle and risk, but am sort of being forced into it. Please advise as to if any of what I want to bring is prohibited (as best I can tell they are not), how best to carry them, and what to expect. Any input or experiences welcome if you've traveled through TSA checkpoints with a similar setup. Thanks.

Everything you are taking is perfectly fine to take on the plane with you :)

You are correct that your juice bottles will need to be placed in a one quart ziploc bag. If your tank is filled it will also need to be in the ziplock bag as it would have liquid in it. Your ziploc bag will need to be taken out of your duffel bag or backpack and placed in one of the bins you'll be putting your shoes and jacket and any items in your pockets, ect to go through the scanner. I choose to put whatever ecgis/APV's I'm taking with me in a case and also place that case in the bin so IF security wishes to check on what they are seeing on their screen its simplier then having them go through my full carryon bag but that's NOT a requirement. If your silver bullet is in your coat pocket you can just leave it there when you place your coat in the bin to go through the scanner if you wish. The batteries are fine to take with you and dont need to be placed seperately in one of the bins for scanning but it is a good idea to have them in a battery box or ziplock bag and not loose in your backpack or duffel bag.

I don't fly with a laptop but I do beleive you will also be asked to take your laptop out of your backpack and place that in the container to go through the scanner.

I've flown many times now with my APV's and sometimes they stop and just take a quick look to check what they've seen on the scanner and other times nothing is double checked at all. When they have stopped and looked and I say, "electronic cigarette" its taken no more then a minute and I'm on my way. Never any kind of problem at all.

I have taken mine to Jamaica and to Italy, will say i had no problem with getting mod/juice through checkin and would sneak off to the bathroom to stealthvape in airport just not to alarm anyone, will say that i left my vivi nova on mod during one flight and the preasure in the cabin forced juice out the top and bottom so not sure what it would do to a carto tank but i would releive the preasure by sliding it up a bit.

I fly a decent amount for work and private life, and haven't had a problem with my vape gear.

The one thing I will comment about is the air pressure. I haven't had a single flight where the juice in my clearos/tanks didn't leak out. On a recent flight home ( east coast -> honolulu where I live ), when I landed and checked my gear, I had a ziplock covered in juice from the 3 Kangers that decided holding their juice wasn't what they were designed for.

I've taken to just having one Kanger T3 I use for smoke breaks in layovers ( and the occasional session in the restroom if the flight is driving me crazy with boredom ) , and carry everything else empty.

I would recommend bringing an extra mod just in case... nothing like having one tank on you when your somewhere you can't buy a replacement.

Flights were uneventful. No juice leaks from tank which I kept full and in a ziplock bag. No questions or closer inspections of my gear when going through security, even during the step aside and get groped/gate raped. Mod was in my jacket pocket one time and in my computer bag the other. Ziplock with juice and tank was in a ziplock in side pocket of my carry on duffel bag.

After this experience I still hate to fly because of the flagrant trampling of our rights the unconstitutional TSA does, but I'm not concerned about bringing vaping gear.

Congrats... however, I would love to know how you kept the juice from leaking out of your tank!

I fly pretty regularly for business. I normally put each tank in an individual little "snack bag" ziplock. I've tried sucking the air out of bag, and even pressurizing them into little balloons, and I always end up with a mess on the other side. I've resorted to vaping them empty before boarding (basically not refilling them from the day before), but even then, any drop of juice ends up in the baggie! Drives me crazy.

Im on a plane as we speak, I have three carto tanks, an s ton of juice, smoov 1100mah vv battery (ego twist is comparable I think) and a lavatube version 2. No issues.....been stealth vaping the plane all day. I carried my smoov thru security. Just set it in a box with my shoes as I went thru :) also, my carto tanks flooded slightly...and I mean slightly....jus a little gurggle. A few solid hits in the lavatory and I was good to go
