I keep having this issue where I open my cart to refill and the foam is stuck to the atty. I got a new cart and it still did it. It frustrates me because I get the juice all over my fingers and putting the foam back in is a hassle and it gets all wadded up. I got a different atty and it did the same thing. What causes this? Is the atty dry or something? I never had this issue before. Also do you know of any sites that sell carts with more foamlike foam rather than cotton like foam? Maybe that would help.

It sounds to me like your foam is cut too long for the cart. It actually doesn't have to even reach the top of the cart to work. I cut mine about a quarter of an inch shorter than the inside of the cart. If it gets pushed down inside the cart thats ok, it still will wick/drip liquid to the atomizer. You can cut it slightly wider than the opening of the cart too and that will help it stay in place. Make sure to keep it moist enough because that can be a cause for sticking to the atomizer also. A long nose narrow tweezer is a great tool to keep handy for dealing with filler placement- get one and save your messy fingers. So, to make a long story short cut your foam filler a little wider/thicker and a little shorter in length than you used to and keep it moist.
