That little In'Ax Nano looks pretty cool. That would make a great backup to keep in the glove box, especially being it's just over $10,that atty looks to be a pia to build on though haha.
It's actually very easy to build, but you gotta be gentle...

Place the ceramic wick sleeve over the center pin. Make your negative connection with your wire (30 ga here) under the large, flat tip screw head. Wrap the wire around the ceramic wick sleeve four or five times. Drop the wee tiny spring coil on the end of your wire and seat it gently onto the tip of the center pin. Snip off excess. Drip and vape. Five minutes, tops, to a decent build.

Yeah,i have had no problems at all from my Kui,i would recommend it to anyone looking for a bottom feeder.I got the smokeless owl when it came out too,and it's also a nice affordable one,but it is mostly plastic,so i don't know how it would hold up long term. Both are good choices, but the Kui takes the lead for me,it seems to have less voltage drop,so i get better performance from it.
Focal is selling the Reo clone now too,so that's another option.

So you all think the Kui is decent? Inswva thought it was awful.
Having never used a Reo or whatever that 3D printed squonker is called... or any other for that matter.

Having said that, the KUI works. It fires when it should... my Nuppin clone seats on it just fine... The bottle squonk when I push it...

Just for grits and shiggles, I swapped atties and put the Nuppin on the Terminator and I put the Smokeless Owl on the KUI. No real difference in performance.

Or, am I missing something?

Here is my CB BF with the Hobo V3. It was a blue one when I bought it. Here is what it looks like after an hour of sanding. It needs some fine sanding to remove the scratches but looks a lot better than when it was blue.

You may be missing something haha.I swapped the same atty and same battery from one to the other to make sure i got an equal test between the 2,and i got a warmer harder hit when using the Kui versus the smokeless owl.

Did you swap batteries, too? I really noticed no significant difference...

That looks pretty good just like that.I forgot about these ones because when i first seen them, all they had was the light blue or white and i didn't want either of those colors.I never even thought about sanding it haha, looks like one of these is going on my list of eventual purchases.

No idea if you, I or anyone is missing anything :). We would have to compare them all and test voltage drop.

Yeah same atty and battery. It's possible maybe my smokeless may have a weak connection somewhere though,i built a dual setup on my derringer at .5 ohms, which is the atty and coil setup i used to test both, and it just didn't get very warm or produce alot of vapor. When i swapped them over to the Kui,i get a nice warm vape with a very good amount of vapor.

Newbie to Focalecig. I ordered two attys on 7/15, got shipping email confirmation on the 16th, but still haven't received the items. Since my order was under $20 I didn't get true tracking. I just emailed them for an update but wanted to ask here if this is typical of shipping times from this vendor?

If they shipped the 16th, they are probably in USPS' hands or sitting in customs. I swear USPS is slower than China post.
I agree.I've had several packages from China that made it from China to Chicago in 3 days, then usps took a week or more to get it from Chicago to me haha.

To be fair, USPS employees have nothing to fear, including losing their jobs. China Post employees have much more to fear and losing their job is probably the best case scenario.
