No, trolling. I have already apologized for that here. I have not posted on facebook in a while. All the pain pill I take clouds my judgment. I asked Roxy to let me know when I get out of line a long time ago. I am not very proud to say I need a babysitter, but I do, I am sorry.

I like it here and on facebook. I don't get out much and would to talk with people and make a friend or two.

Sorry again,
Jeff

Try to remember Roxy often doesn't feel well either and is also on major pain meds. Sorry, I'm not always on top of things, and despise arguments. I may not be as good a babysitter as I would have been a few years ago.

I will be a cry face if she doesn't get it....LOL

Seriously though, I have heard good things of the original and so much so I have been contemplating dropping the coin.
tell Doris that I don't ask for much....pretty please.

 I will get her with the "cry face", she has a weakness for the cry face .. and I would know cuz I use it often! We can tag team cry face her to death if she doesn't comply

Ok I take that back...well partially....I did not realize how big that thing is until I saw a picture in someone's hands.....hmmm I need to rethink it. I went back to try and find the video reviews again on it and can't find any :(

 Crocky! I already dispatched two cry face attacks :glare: ... I didn't see your second post yet :(

Any word on the v3 flask? I didn't think China had working temp control.

Lots of words on it actually. There is an entire thread about it on AAEC, some peeps from the UK have it already and they all report that it works. Speaking of the Vapor Flask V3 with temp protection, I have two which landed today  I only wanted the Red one though which is very nice, and the exact shade of Red that I wanted too.

I have not put batteries in it because I don't have any spare batteries to put in it  And I also can't find my Nickel wire as of last night  I ordered new batts and nickel wire and both have shipped so I should have some feedback by Saturday .. maybe.

What I can say is that I like the tactile feel and click of the Kangxin fire and wattage buttons better than the SXK V2 that I received last week. These have the perfect amount of clickiness to them, at least in my opinion. The SXK is has "click-clank" to it, more pronounced than I like. I prefer a softer more subtle click to my buttons.

Ummmm .. It has VaporFlask deeply engraved on the bottom which is different than the authentic which says "Vaporwall". The battery slots don't line up, but I don't care about that at all. You can make them line up if you really want ... Ummm, these were supposedly updated to fire from sleep, so I will report back about that later this week. Oh and the air slot on the top plate does not line up with the air slots on the 510, which is a little janky to me. But they are all like this, so its not a singular flaw. Thats all I got :D

It is right! I don't know why FC didn't get the red, that is alllllll I wanted was a Red Flask :D I sent a post to tell Doris that my Flasks were sexier than her Flasks

Thanks for the writeup. After reading that other thread, I'm going to take the plunge.

Yeah, I was gonna say... It seemed rather chunky. Personally, the claim that it supports multiple battery sizes kinda scares me.

You're welcome :) That thread on AAEC was really helpful because I was also rather doubtful about it. I have known about the Kangxin since November but initially I didn't trust the claims of temperature protection at all. I am looking forward to trying it for myself.

I thought you would like it Roxy ... I tried to tell our girl Doris to get it. When I first told her about the Kangxin clone I specifically told her to get red .. and of course she got the usual silver and black. :glare: Kangxin also has a blue color, but its a light blue like some of the Hana clones .. this shade of red I think appeals to guys and girls a like.

I want red :( Black is nice, but most of my mods are black.

Now, how did you know I was gonna ask you for those?
Thanks. And again, if you decide to keep ALL the Praxises, (plural of Praxis. Praxi?) I'd still love you. :)

Really I didn't know that you would like them, but I wasn't going to give you a choice in the matter, I was just going to send them  Our honey halfempty also sent me something to pass on to you as well, but I am not going to tell you what it is :D

Right now I just put it together in my mind that your avvy is yellow, black and white so of course you will like it! Awesome cuz I really didn't want the yellow or clear

And I am sending you at least one Praxis honey, I just don't know which one yet :p I go back and forth over which one I would keep .. I love the way that new brass looks, but I hate the maintenance. :( Ahhh decisions :p

If FC stocks it, I'd probably one - that thing is right up my alley. I'd gladly send it to you if you wanted to give it a test run to see if it would be too unwieldy.
So sweet, thank you but I would likely get one anyway depending on price of course :)
Been looking at them a while, not sure why I never noticed the size...LOL. I have turned in most of my unregulated for regulated but this would probably be an exception. It is a true mechanical too. I Think I will hold off on the dimitri until we see if this one comes in

It's all good, I still would like to get one, the 26650 battery draws me in

Yeah seems there are a few out there that have the battery tube so a 18650 can be used. I don't think that would be an issue with a proper battery case inside. Me personally though I would use the 26650

Speaking of the Dimitri... all of 4 days after my VC review went live my Dimitri mysteriously stopped firing tonight. I took it completely apart this evening, found nothing that looked wonky, put it back together, and still no love. So, I swapped in the spare 510 assembly and now it is working again. I'm kind of flummoxed since I can't figure out what could possibly fail in the 510 assembly. I'm pretty sure the only reason a spare is included is due to the copper threads possibly wearing out and the threads on the installed assembly are still perfect. I have no clue what happened. I haven't even been drinking this evening!

I'll probably swap the original 510 back in tomorrow at work and see what happens. The Dimitri is 100% mechanical and, unless something physically breaks, it should be rock solid.

That is so weird  I can't think of what would cause it to suddenly stop firing as well, most especially since it is fully mechanical. Keep us updated on that. Mine has been sitting in its box ever since you took the lead on the review of it. So I will be getting rid of it ..
