as Portertown and Audrey say, the 510 of the erl is very short. there are versions where the 510 pin doesn't hold tight any piece of the deck. in these versions, like the amod erl from fc, i've tried a 3.6 x 1.2 x 1.2mm red o-ring around the pin to enlarge the connection successfully (other measures can be alright as well)
Okay- I figured this out. Put the items into your "Wish List" . Then click on your account (need to be logged into the FC site). Once on your acc't page, click on "Wish List" and follow the prompts to make the payment, choose shipping options, etc.

ETA, the wish list had nothing to do w/my successful buy. I just went back to FC site to reconfirm the info I just gave and now I was able to put the attys directly into my shopping cart. So try that first.
ETA 2- There are still some things that have the dreaded gray "Add to Cart" box, like the Ego T, Ego C and the $13.90 Aqua v1 clone. No idea of why this is the way it is.Also there are items on the promotion pages that are not free shipping, like the EGO Ts that I want to give away with the attys. Just something to watch for.
same here.. when i add any ego battery to the cart, available shipping carriers are decreased to one: nl-post ($6.95).
this must be an error, because the problem with batteries is related to replaceable batteries, i guess (singapore post does carry ego batteries, for example; and most carriers also do them). even nl-post has recently reduced the list of countries where they ship lithium replaceable batteries to a few: Germany, France, Sweden, and some others (but not Spain). so the list of available carriers should be fixed.

I believe any battery (like a ego, twist, 18650, 18350, ect) or mod that comes with a battery has a separate/additional fee, something like a hazard/handling fee. I know it shows as a "shipping" fee but I believe that's what the cost is for when it comes to battery's from China.
So I replaced a couple orings on my Aqua and pocketed into work. Vamping great and not leaking. It's officially a winner and on my ADV gear list. Looks great on top of my Cloupor Mini yes?

If the order was less than $20 and you didn't pay the $1.50 for tracking you won't know anything after shipping until it shows up at your door.
Could be. I guess FT adds whatever tariff there is for batteries to the price then calls it free shipping, like when I bought an istick from them.

I think the one I have is the one on sale in US.
It's back up, but I've decided not to get another one. I like it, but not enough of my favorite to be buying it twice. Be careful with the 510 threads - really soft. One guy has come on here saying his was shorting out, but mine was fine from the jump.

Classy, my last order arrived within 6 days.
At the top of their site, there's "Track Orders" - maybe try that, if no news then email them: sales@focal... gets you Doris, service@focal... gets you Eleven (yeah, that's her name 
).
Try creating an account with the same email address you used to pay (PayPal address). If it says it already exists email them about resetting the password. If it doesn't already exist then you will see your order appear under that account.Thank you !

I had no luck with mine. I believe the one in the us warehouse is the same just a different number to differentiate where it's coming from, but I could be wrong. Mine was the 23117 one.
