I just loaded up another tank of Coval Vapes PBB cream, I think you would like it. I don't get much banana at all, just creamy peanut butter. The flavor is nice and balanced, not too strong, but undeniably peanut butter, and very smooth.

Hun I don't think you should try to make due with something that just ain't right. Your money is worth more than that ... I say return that one too and exchange it for a completely different device with similar capabilities. Perhaps the SMOK M22? It has a few less watts, but its a better brand and it has mech mode

Thanks for the suggestion. The M22 looks very nice but I'm a replaceable battery kind of guy. Somebody mentioned that it's usually excess glue on one side of the PCB that causes the board to say TOO HOT because it can't breath. I'll try to remove the board on one of these, remove the glue, and see of that helps. If not then oh well. I still have an IPV Mini that I adore and Cloupor Mini on the way (I know.. danger! danger!). I'm disabled and can't drive so returning stuff is difficult. I'm also Cajun. which probably doesn't sound like it applies to this but we're more or less taught to be considerate of the business in these situations. There was a problem and focalecig tried their best to make it right. It didn't work out but that isn't what's important. Eleven went above and beyond my CS expectations. Respect earned. He/she sent me a new DNA without having to return the original defective one. I'll get one of them in working order even if I have to put in a new board. Vaping gets us off of those nasty coffin nails but it's also a great hobby. Disassembling and reassembling one of these counts as fun time!

Same here. Mine's a SKU 19557, cheaper today by a couple bucks than when I bought it last Sept. All I've done is installed neo magnets on the door. Had builds down to 0.6 ohm w/o issue. It went through a phase where the resistance read 0.3 ohm too high but only on builds over about 2.2 ohms but that resolved itself, besides it's not like I use builds having that much resistance.
I really doubt having hot glue around the board would be causing the problem. Cleaning up the excess hot glue will not hurt anything, certainly but mine was flat full of it and I never saw any "too hot" warnings. Instead, I'd be looking for cold solder joints- they'll look duller and 'grainy' compared to a nice smooth, shiny correctly done solder joint.
