I got lucky and got a great deal on a pair of Asmart Poldiac clones. They actually work, button and all. So I can just imagine how nice an original Poldiac would be.

The Fogger V5 was a nice improvement over the V4.3 with its top fill cap. The spring posts they came up with were a complete fail but luckily it also came with traditional screws to use as replacements which fixed that issue. The only drawback to the top fill design is the need for a very fine tip on the bottle, a standard nipple top bottle wouldn't work. What changes were done to create the V6?

I only had the fogger v4, so don't know how much difference there is, I do know the new fogger v6 has 4 post setup like the orchid, instead of the old 2 posts, so they made it even easier to mount coils, and I believe they redid the top fill too, as people complained the hole to fill was to small.

I got one of my Poldiacs out and started using it yesterday for the first time in a couple of months in celebration of you and Nikki ordering your own Poldiacs.
I am going to carry it this afternoon to the local vape shop I hang out at and show it off.

Oh I am. Its one of the few clones I have where there is a screw to adjust for atomizer or battery where the adjustment just works. No need for brute strength to turn the screw, no design flaw where the adjustment screw turns as you assemble the mod so you have to take that into account when setting the initial position of the screw no weirdness at all. It just works. And combined with a switch that works properly its a great mod. One sits by my work computer almost all the time. The other gets grabbed when I'm out and about. It rotates with a Kato box, Stingray X and iStick 20 as my out of the house mod depending on what flavor I'm in the mood to vape. They're topped with a Heron clone, Kayfun V4, Squape Reloaded and mini Fogger V5. So you can see I'm rather democratic in my choices.

I did see that MMV (I think that's the correct name for the company that makes the original) has a sale right now, 75€ which seems pretty good. Not sure what the exchange rate is but I'm thinking that you could get a genuine Poldiac for around $100. If I wasn't dead broke because I've not worked for 6 weeks because of my bypass surgery I'd definitely grab one up. They had stainless steel, polished and satin, and brass, polished and satin and different combos.

Obligatory focalecig content. Wish focalecig offered the Asmart clone but I'd guess that since it is really close to being 1:1 that there'd be a cease and desist order minutes after it was offered. Along with going after PayPal to cut off payments and all that other mess.

That Derringer is so tiny and cute .. did you pick this up from FC? How is your Kangxin Flask doing? I have been using it every day since last Thursday and it is performing well for me, now problems at all.

No, I didn't want to wait for the derringer to be shipped over seas so I grabbed the first one in the states that I found at a good price.

my local shop that I don't really go to (and they are 4 minutes from my house) posted they got the clones in for $35 on Thursday. I wasn't paying that. I've been stalking the shop by my work on their facebook asking when they were getting them in (if at all). The following day I asked and they said they just came in so I grabbed one at $16 (very good for a local b&m)

really like the thing but I keep over dripping it (single coil, tiger coil)

been using the flask almost exclusively unless I'm charging the batteries. doing the same twisted nickel wire in it. rocking nutz from cosmic fog today

Well you were lucky because the Asmart is known as the best clone of this device however, they stopped producing them and they were pulled from shelves after threats of copyright and intellectual property infringement. At least that is what I heard. It has to be true because that version disappeared from US vendor sites very quickly, and only the Davapes version remained on some China sites, and a few B&M's.

$16 bucks at a B&M is awesome! Glad your Flask is doing its job for you My flask is on temporary pause until I can change the wick and juice that is in my KF4 with nickel build right now. But it has been working flawlessly, so I am happy. I even canceled my Waidea Flask sample because after the 5th no show ship date, there is no reason for me to keep waiting, most especially when I have a working TP Flask in hand.

I had an order with a Mutation v2 but it was a 7 day wait that I didn't realize until after I ordered. I cancelled it to make it a separate order but they dinged me with $.42 charge for shipping because it brought my order to under $20. Everything they sell is free shipping. Before that, I ordered an evap chamber to replace the one I scratched on their KF v4 because it was too tight. The part came and the threads were damaged and wouldn't thread onto any of my Kv4's. They want me to take a video of it. For a $4 part. (FC made me make a video for the Erlk clone too which irked me).

Just lots of little crap that adds up to it not being worth dealing with them. It's too bad FC doesn't have nearly the selection FT has. I'll just start buying from US sellers.


On another note, I rebuilt my RDA (Catepillar) and used ni200 instead of kanthal. I had a 1.3Ω dual coil and wanted to bring it down a bit. I was going nuts trying to figure out why my build was .07Ω instead of .8Ω I was going for .
