I just picked up a black Fogger v4.1, since I couldn't find anything else that was black to match my paragon v2 limited black midnight edition that I just got today too. I had the shop build and wick it for me since I was too lazy to try to build it myself and thought it should work and if I did it it might not work the first few tries, well the tank kept leaking about 5 ml of juice leaked through the holes so I took it apart and the chimney is stuck to the deck and the 2 chimney pieces are stuck too.

I left in a freezer twice, ran hot rater over it and tried rubber gloves and soaked it in boiling water it still won't come apart. Any ideas how to get it off without pliers or vice grips?

Mine are stuck too - on my Fogger 4.4! However I have not let that stop me from rebuilding/rewicking it. I just have to make sure my wick is firmly in place before I screw on the barrel/chimney. Not ideal, but it is working for me (for now).

Well not only are the 2 pieces of the chimney are stuck together, but the bottom part is also stuck to the deck making the whole tank useless.

Tayone -- have you found any other RTA that has an "airy" draw like the Fogger? The only one I have seen that might do is the Erlkönigin.
I only have 2 other tanks both genesis style tanks an rsst single coil but I had it drilled out to 1/8 and I have the rsst dual coil with adjustable airflow and it's not bad, but as you probably know genesis tanks leak.

Put the entire thing in the freezer to cool, shrink it, then take it out and heat the barrel with a torch or lighter, to expand it. Be careful not to burn yourself.

Try some penetrating oil to see if that helps. After be sure to wash in soap and water to get rid of the oil.

As a lsat resort, just before you throw it out, get out the pliers.

Freezer didn't work, so I went back and the owner got the bottom part of the chimney off, but couldn't get the top part off so he gave me a new chimney.

Unfortunately now the airflow control ring has been stuck on the fully closed setting since I came back that night from the shop.

The Orchid... I used to love my fogger... Till I got my first orchid... It's pretty much the only tank I run now... If I'm not dripping I'm running an orchid. I can remove the airflow ring on my fogger and still not get as airy a draw as the orchid. The deck is much easier to build on in my opinion, and the flavor is better as well.

The Fogger has a o-ring between the chamber and the chimney and it can get really tight, especially it its ham fisted on there the in the first place. You can try rubber gloves, but if it wont budge I would take it back to the shop. Gorilla hands have no place in vaping and a "shop" should know this.

There is a very lengthy post over in the atomizer sub-forum on the Fogger, you should get some good leads and direction on how to wick by going through that post.

Best of luck,
R
