OK, here is my report about 4.3 vs 4.2.
Fogger V4.2 holds only 4.75 LM of juice (NOT advertised 6 ML)
I used 0.6mm Flat Ribbon at 0.87 Ohms and Cotton wicks half way down the vertical channels.
It Vapes and Tastes very nice, a little smoother then 4.3 but that's due to higher ohm build. No leaks and easy to fill with a syringe and needle. It is definitely better then V4.3.
Here is the build:

Fogger V4.3 I rebuilt it with 0.8 mm Flat Ribbon to 0.39 Ohms still trying to push it to it's limit. And I think I've reached it's limit here at 35 Watts because if I take a little longer draw, it's beginning to taste like overcooked e-liquid.

And, of course, my new AGA-T7. I rebuilt in with 0.6mm Ribbon to 0.83 Ohms and re-discovered it all over again. It is a very well made tank, much better then Fogger as far as I am concerned. It has much better AFC and Filling system. You build it differently: You actually have to stuff it with cotton otherwise it will leak.

I took a look at both base sections of 4.2 vs 4.3. Looks like the 4.2's air holes are 1 drill bit size smaller than 4.3's. Still enjoy my 4.2 but I like a tad bit airier draw. Atleast the fix for this isn't troublesome.

I feel like I'm getting nitpicky at this point. If only yiloong just combined all the best qualities of each version in one fogger. Although for a $35 rba I'd be asking too much.

So.... Vapor production is very good. Flavor is very good.

Does anyone else find that the flavor is a tad muted tho?

Ok maybe not muted per se, but it does feel like it loses it's sharper notes than say in a kayfun.

Anyone else? I've tried swapping out the drip tip to a kayfun drip tip and it's not it. Hmm

Yep. Same here. plentiful clouds. But like 60% of the flavor. Methinks the airflow is a bit too open for the coils+wick I'd been using. I thought low ohms and super-fast wick (RxW) would be just the ticket for this thing, on account of its Fogger-familiar breather, but still it is muted. Perhaps moving to larger ID coils with ribbon and aiming for a more medium-low resistance (~0.7 Ohms) will help. You know, increasing the amount of vaporization surface area while not raising the resistance quite as much, proportionally speaking......

If the Aqua wasn't so easy and the R91 so tasty, I might actually give the Fogger another go, even though I'll probably never agree with its end-wise compression sealed glass tank.

AH GOOD NEWS GOOD NEWS!!!!

Background: currently in a fogger v4 coop with one of the best coop host around (Not sure if he would be comfortable with me stating his name). He's received confirmation that yiloong will be reverting to the smaller deck design in the v4.4 revision and it is expected to be out next week or so!!!!!!

Really? So even the manufacturer agrees 4.3 is a poor design? Hmmm, how annoying!

According to the host, yiloong's rep said it's because of the overwhelming negative feedback for the larger chimney design.

Fancy that! A 35 dollar atty manufacturer listening to consumer feedback!

For $35 i can live with the AFC, but the <3ml capacity is a deal breaker. I had to switch my All Day juice back to the V4.2 because of the this.

As far as the flavor goes, I can hardly tell a difference in the two tanks. Like I said before, the 4.2 MIGHT seem a little wetter than the 4.3, but it's still the best I've tasted other than a well designed dripper.

No clue on that. I don't see why though; using the AFC I can tighten it down to completely no draw.

He means make it so rotating the AFC will be more stiff....which I couldn't agree with more...unmodified it is way too loose. I think that was the only complaint I had with the original Fogger v4. I think each successive version of the V4 has been worse and worse.

OH ohhhhhh that makes a heck lot more sense now. Plus one on that. I ended up ghetto rigging that with either dental floss or plumbers tape.

Which was amusing because the first dental floss I used was mint flavored and for the life of me, I couldn't figure out how all my juice suddenly had a mint flavor to it.

Lesson of the day: if you're ghetto rigging your AFC, use unscented dental floss.

LOL. Now that made my day.

You should hear about all the random stupid things I do.

Eg last night I was dry burning my fogger coils. For some reason I decided I wanted to smell the coil to make sure it doesn't smell funky.

BAM. leaned in too close and now I have this stupid burnt patch right at the tip of my nose. And if you've ever accidentally branded yourself on a hot coil, you'll know it leaves this weird burnt skin.

Yup. Right at the top of my nose.

Another lesson: don't lean in to smell your coil. Just. Don't.

Lol. The aqua. Not sure how their designer/engineers even came to the decision that it should only hold 2/2.5ml of juice. Shakes head. I mean cmonnnnn. On a dual coil atty. Even on my v4.2 I'm refilling it twice a day.

Burping out loud using Tapatalk

Well, I was bored so I did it. Duals of 0.5mm ribbon, 5/6 wraps around xc-116 with a thick-ish paperclip inside (~3mm ID). Came out to 0.72 Ohms. trimmed the wicks real short and somewhat tapered, then only just barely shoved them into the juice channels. Works pretty well and tastes sufficiently sharp and saturated with the airflow about 1/2 open. Also using the straight shaft tip from the Aqua.

How do you know you have a 4.3? I got mine and I'm LOVING IT! Actually selling my kayfuns because this blows them out of the park, takes ages for Kayfuns to wick right and the pressure to build up just right, this is instawin, no dry hits ever and I'm lung hitting this sucker all day long whaaaaat!!

Mine has a copper 510 screw and no horizontal juice channels, just vertical, also the AFC ring conceals or unveils the airhole vertically. Is that the latest version?
