24 gauge wire is extreemly hard to fit under the screws.
I stripped the threads in the negative post. I have a stripped version 1, but the neg post is smaller diameter then version ++.
Now im contemplating if should order a new fogger or look for something else.

Also on the larger deck version 3mm ID coil is the largest you can go with out fear of shorting with the chimny.

I present you all with my Fogger V4+ (4.3 I believe) #500 SS Mesh build.

Really awesome, have to try that! Did you treat the SS wick by torching it?
I just wished for higher res and brighter pictures and with a cleaner wick / coil to see more.

I kinda like calling them 4.0, 4.1, 4.2, but somehow we've jumped to 4.3?!?...(I think 4.1 got skipped, or maybe we considered the first version 4.1?) I'm not sure where the 4.3+++ got started.

I think I might be the one who started it, BUT I RECANT!
The second of the early Fogger V4 I got had an oring below the non threaded air flow control ring, unlike the very first one.

You could try using slightly larger stainless steel screws. Not sure if someone already measured the diameter of them yet, but something like M1.6 instead of M1.4 (metric = outer diameter in mm)

So on Angelcigs appeared a Fogger V4 that appears to be the original version. The box looks completely different. I don't know if this could possibly be the rumored 4.4, or more likely some sort of clone. I got the original version and loved it, wanted to buy a back up, but all the bad revisions came out so fast I missed my chance. I'm debating giving this one a try.

This looks to be the Fogger 4+ but without a copper 510 center pin. The 510 pin looks a bit wonky though. I'd definitely like this version better than the big build deck.

I always build my wicks the same way. Torch the mesh unrolled, roll it, check for fit, torch it, install. Sorry about the pics. I actually took high res images of it but when I used the forums built in image uploader it shrank them all. And of course I've already deleted the originals . If you have any questions about any of it I'd be happy to help. Let me know!

I don't have the original packaging, she put them in a plastic container. I'm really not 100% sure it's Rayon. She told me that's what she thought it was, and that's what it appears to be to me by the way it looks and performs. We're both sure it isn't cotton, so I quit using it until I can get to Sally's and find out what it really is.

Do they even make Rayon in cottonball form?

edit: now she's saying she didn't get them at Sally's, she got them at a medical supply store

I have a feeling the Rayon balls I have are a Rayon/Polyester blend...not going to use them anymore. But I just got back from Sally's with 500' of CelluCotton, so i'm golden now!

The Fogger v4.4 is available through a US EBay Vendor for $22...was $21 when I ordered yesterday. I had to make a post in the Noobie section and I asked the mod to move it here, but he just moved it to the RBA section with it's own thread.

Anyway, I had extensive conversation via ebay messaging yesterday morning to afternoon when I finally made my order when he obtained a picture of the units he will be receiving which had a smaller deck.

I just sent him another message asking if he/she could send me an actual pic of the 510 connection of the units he will be receiving as well as if could ship out units that are not electroplated.

I was a former original Fogger v4 owner who just misses that vape. I am currently waiting on froginfog to deliver a 4.3 with metal tank. It just so happens I made a FastTech order that day and a Chana...I got my FastTech order yesterday. Still waiting on the Fogger and Chana. Ordered a EMech Transformer as well yesterday...I'm thinking that may come in before Singapore Post gets me my Fogger to USPS....

Ah...I digress. I am still waiting to see if I get a reply on the 510 connection pic request as to see if there is a copper contact or not. However, he did tell me during our message flurry that the order comes from Yiloong....so I hate to assume that he is getting a 4.0 or 4.1, but as soon as he gets his orders...the sooner I can get mine.

EDIT: Anyway you look at it, how can you get any revision of a Fogger v4, whether it's v4, 4.1, or 4.4, for $22 shipped?

The last message I sent him a few moments ago I asked him if he could ship out without electroplating.

I sorted through all of out messages (explaining version and what not) and here is what he said in regards to his process:

In turn, this is why I asked him to send me pic of actual 510 to see if it is copper or not. I am happy either way. I am Foggerless at the moment and would be happy with 4.0...especially at $21, but I am trying to clarify for educated Fogger v4 peeps as to what exact version this will be. I was pretty sure on 4.4 when I got the deck pick...but he said supplier. It is possible his supplier is blowing out old revisions.

So far...100% sure on deck size.

I don't mind. I got a Chana wrap (ordered) that should match silver, gold or copper. But, I did ask him if he'll ship wo/ electroplating. It's just one less process for him. I'll update with his reply.

I made the switch from CVS sterile cotton balls to Sally's Cellucotton, early yet but seems to do quite well.
I put it in my D-eagle, It's going to work so by morning I should have a pretty good idea as to how well I like it.

Well, this seller is up to $26.00 now for his small deck and juice capacity v4 in Gold. I apologize if I ruffled any feathers, but it's still a good deal especially if you want a metal tank. I paid $38 and change for v4.3 at froginfog with metal tank for a delivery that still hasn't given me a USPS tracking from Singapore post
