I ordered my 20 ml kayfun from FastFrog and two Big Foggers from FogTech and still received neither one... :)
I think I am going to take action this week. May 23rd, I ordered from the ...-Frog and I have not got a tracking number xfer'd to USPS yet...received my fasttech order 2 days ago, June 13, which had the same order date and actually left via Singapore Post as well...a few days later?

I know this is not the Frogs fault, but maybe has to do with something from the origin location xfering to USPS? Why is there a hold up and FastTech order just slipped right through via Singapore Post?

Edit: I Use 'Package Tracker Pro' app and it notifies me of every little postal movement of everything in the last few weeks...except the ...-Frog delivery and it is raising my BP.

Edit again: FroginFog Delivery just showed up this morning, 6-16-14, on USPS tracking at my local post office. Not Foggerless anymore. Going to try out the 4.3 for the first time while I wait on my smaller 'golden' deck.

OK I got an opinion on the rayon, it really is a lot easier to pull into the coil, the fibers seem to be all going in the same direction. I put some in the Cyclone (0.8Ω single) that's on my Reo Grand and some in a Taifun dripper(0.19Ω). So far it looks like it's going to replace cotton in all my atties that I put cotton in. I had to re do my D-eagle this morning but wasn't due to wicking with rayon. But still testing............

I use the arrowhead trim. Cut from middle to outside on each side of the end of the wick and put the little pointed remainder just into the channel, down just 2 threads of the way, ie not down much at all. I'm waiting on emptying this tankful to try rewicking with CCr (rayon).

For me personally, the biggest annoyance with the fogger was that the channels are too small, and for the longest time I was using skinny wick + skinny coil to fit. Problem was that the wicking couldn't keep up with chain vaping above 22watts (for me personally)

With the angled cut wick, I use a 5/64 id coil, and really fluff up the ends. Then instead of trimming off the ends straight, I cut it at approx 45 degrees, and tuck the skinnier tip of the wick just a tiny bit into the channel. This allows me to have a good amount of cotton in the coil, as well as fat cotton wick ends (pretty much just sits on the deck above the juice channels) while still maintaining a tiny bit of cotton in the channel. Never leaks and wicks like a champ. I've been chain vaping on it at 28 watts, 0.7 ohms with twisted 30ga.

I used to do what bsoplinger described as a arrowhead trim, but got too lazy. And besides, the angled cut works just as well.

Would post some picture but I literally just finished rewicking and filling my foggers. Hope someone else can come along and help you out

ETA: you could just use more cotton and leave it on the deck (not into the channels). Works fine for the 4.3 with the huge deck. But for my 4,2, it just kept leaking slowly no matter how much cotton I used and how I adjusted the wick tail.

But, I did ask him if he'll ship wo/ electroplating. It's just one less process for him. I'll update with his reply.

Maybe ask him if copper plated would be a possibility? Due to the extreme rarity of copper RTA's and the popularity of copper mods, I bet that would be a big hit...
