Ok, so since I don't want to go back and re-read the 237 pages before this one, I'll just ask.

My wife has been using my Fogger while I wait to buy another for myself. She was using my 0.4ohm 26ga dual coil build on my 4nine clone and loving it. She recently got a Smokjoy N-fire Maxx (vv/vw 6.0/12.0, i know, rather weak, but she's more for aesthetics than performance) and wanted me to put the Fogger on it. Of course, her mod doesn't read below 0.7ohms, so I rebuilt it to 0.8 with 28ga and it's just not hot enough or produce enough vapor for her without doing 5 second lung hits (which she's a mouth hitter anyway).

What type of build should i shoot for her to get the best performance and response from the tank/mod combination? I have at my disposal 32,30,28 and 26ga and I use rayon wicking.

Go to these two online resources and you will find your answers.

First is go to steam-engine. It will have a mod range/spec tab you can find the "sweet spot" for her device. (as well as ohm calculator, juice resciple, and coil building)

Then go to coil toy site and design the coil you want based upon your specs and supplies. It is a SUPER COOL "app" for anyone who wants to build specifics.

You could set it up with a single coil. Just plug the unused juice channels with Rayon, and stick a toothpick in the unused air hole.

OK, Coil Toy is pretty handy...

It's getting too easy for me to not use my brain

Here's a build, old coils but I just rewicked with rayon snapped some pics for anyone building for a vv

Tbev, I look forward to giving this a shot. I won't be going on my shopping spree (tube APV, fogger and rebuilding supplies) until after the 6th of August. I'm now flip-flopping between Vamo and Sigelei Zmax (decent deal on the latter online), and I'll be checking the classifieds once I've been verified. I can't wait to get started, and I have a feeling I'll be hanging out in this thread for quite quite a bit once I've got the gear.

Thanks again everyone, for being an super helpful and supportive community.

I have both of those I have the zmax mini tho, the thing I lie about the vamo are the up down buttons no need to jump thru the menu to adjust voltage, it's a bit more sturdy, I know where to get all the parts to build one cheap. I'm 350 mode the zmax mini is smaller but BC it doesn't have a beauty ring, a real atty won't sit flush, I gave my mom a zmax mini w kf on it and it was too heavy pretty bad, no problem really, but she bent the 510 connector unless than 24hours, the v2 v5 with the top ring allows an atty to sit down on it and keeps pressure off the 510 connector if your rough on it. Just my 2 cents.

Finally got my Fogger 4.1. Decided to up the ohms again.

30g - 14 wraps - 2.3mm - 1.4 ohms

Wicked with KGD

Trimmed them pretty heavily on the diagonal to get them all in.....

Double checked that nothing was shorting in there......all good, it's pretty tight in there though.

They're a bit slow to light up, and if I up the watts to get them firing quicker, the TH gets too much for me. Flavour and vapour production is great though!

Just noticed I've got a loopy leg in there! I didn't see that during the build......Damn my eyes are bad!

I told you guys that I pulled the trigger on the Orchid Clone...so called Fogger v4 killer. Well, it went down in price at our cheapest Fogger v4 Vendor Vapetasia.

Vapetasia has the LOGO version for $19.95 shipped. There was also another vendor who has the EXACT same listing (down to pictures and font) as our beloved Vapetasia, BUT NO LOGO....as featured on that JOE site this morning for $19.95 shipped.

ORCHID WITH LOGO

ORCHID NO LOGO

For $19.95 to your door...it's worth finding out if it is a Fogger v4 killer. I ordered another one!!!

Like I said, this is the atty that stopped me from ordering the Copper v4.1....and I just bought another one as the Copper v4.1 is $38.39 from Eccigigty with shipping to east coast. I was really about to buy another beloved Fogger v4 in copper to match the Stingray X (in route) but the Orchid appeared and stopped me. ...And I just ended up buying another BEFORE I HAVE EVEN TRIED IT!?!? I really didn't intend to go ALL IN on this atty, but I did? I really hope the Kayfun Tank fits!!!!!

Why go with a clone for 19.95 when you get the real deal for only 10 bucks more?

I can see buying a kayfun clone to save 100.00 but 10.00... really?

FroginFog and Yinloong both sell fogger 4.4 (called now 4.1) reasonable.

I love my fogger v4s. That's all I use for tanks now. But the Orchid is not a clone of the the Fogger. The Aerhthertech Orchid is about $150. $19.95 shipped is the Tobeco Aethertech clone. Look at the size of those air holes and post holes. It only holds 4ml of juice, but being Kayfun Part compatible might fix that. I take my foggers wide open without AFC anyway.

The Wolverine, Russian 91% v3 clone, looks pretty nice, but I have yet to jump on the 26650 bandwagon. Waiting on the Stingray X 26650, or a 26650 SX3xx mod.

I am hoping that trucker gets one and posts some nice build pics.

Yes, I have one on order already... Am I that predictable? Don't answer that. :p
