Can we call this a "little Fogger"?

I decided to rebuild my little Aqua tank.
Still not a bad vape, only little...

Yea, yea: "Threaded plastic tank" blah, blah...

It is actually Polycarbonate tank, that has to be machined rather then melted. Kind of like Delrin.
Most today's eye glasses lens are made out of Polycarbonate, but it is still a plastic.
I still have my original Stainless Steel Tank, only I can't see through it. LOL

I, personally, like to use good quality HSS uncoated bits that are made in the US or Germany. Definitely NOT made in China.
I like to sharpen my bits after using them. And when you sharpen your drill bit, you grind that coating off any way. Whatever "Holy Grail" material it might be made out of.

A sharp, good quality HSS bit, with the right spindle RPM, enough lubricant/cooling and the right pressure will drill 304 Stainless Steel like butter. I doubt that the black Fogger is made out of a different material then it's silver brother. I've drilled both.
I'm guessing that after he drilled his silver ones, his drill bit became dull and that's why he could not drill the black one. IMO

Yep! Dull drill bits. I cant believe all 4 of them sucked!! I got it finally! After breaking one of them off in the air hole I was luckily able to remove the broken piece. After that I said what the hell lets see what happens if I try again with the tip broken off. Sure enough it was much sharper down the bit. Now I'm friends with fogger again!! Drilled to 5/64 with no afc ring is perfect for me!

It usually doesn't work like a Box Opener, when it becomes dull and you break a piece off.

But it worked in your case... Good job.

I, however, will continue using my grinder to sharpen them.

P.S: Those, bad drill bits sold by Home Depot were made in the Land Far Away .... Chi.....

P.P.S: 5/64 that's 1.98mm That's pretty conservative of you.
I did all my Foggers at 2.4mm (approx. 3/32) and my Big Wolverine at 2.7mm (approx. 7/64)

You are asking an ultimate question, like "Where does the hole goes when you eat the bagel"
Do you think Dewalt, Milwaukee, Mkita or Dremel are going to reveal their sources?
Most people buy in to their Cobalt coating or Titanium Nitride coating advertisement. And common John Do will never find out until he starts dealing with tuff materials like Stainless Steel.
To me, it is all "Bullsh..."
Pick one up of a Snapon truck and you will see the difference. No coating, just a good quality HSS that works.
The key word is: Made in the USA or Germany. Yes, they are expensive.
I even tried to research some less expensive Russian drill bits Tap and Dies, which as I remember from 25 years ago, were OK quality. But everything sold in Russia now is made in China. I hardly found a few of the old Soviet stock and I bought them.

Only briefly skimmed over the posts, anyone know where to get an all S.S. center post for this? I got "blessed" with a CRA* brass one that's corroding with liquid contact.... FYI, bought it at Focal....

Every time I refill my V4.1 I take a look at the coils and trim the wicks a tad, trying to find the really sweet spot. So yesterday I did exactly that. Put it back together, flipped it over, removed the screw, filled it up, flipped it back and put the drip tip in and had at it. It was leaking like a sieve, liquid running down my Vamo and that's with a spring loaded 510/Ego adapter. After some choice words I decided not to throw it out into the back yard, but empty it and redo the wicks, the obvious cause.

When I got back into my DIY/rebuild room and put the Fogger back down, upside down, I noticed that I hadn't put the fill hole screw back in. DUHHHHHH!

The Positive Center Post is here Fogger v4 Positive Post Block + Insulator / Authentic Replacement Part / Genuine Fogger v4 Spare Part But. I'm sure you are talking about the Center Pin. which I don't know where to get other then make a new one from the scratch.

Would corroding brass actually be an issue in that location? The only juice that gets on the center pin is from splatter. Is corroding brass bad for you? Every plumbing fixture in my house is brass, and every one of them is corroded to some extent.

Drinking oxides of copper in such in tiny amounts is one thing, inhaling those things is a whole other problem as is true with many things we use for vaping.

I love that Big Buddha. I don't think we could call this Lemo a Little Buddha, because it has only one Arflow hole and made for only one coil setup, and holds half the E-Liquid. Let's call it: Buddha 50%. LOL
