A real Fogger is cheesy enough, I don't think I could handle a clone.

I absolutely, positively, 100% AGREE with the statement above

But, on the other hand, you have things like Wolverine 19Ml which, after all the modifications that I've done to it, started leaking like sieve through the air holes. When 19 Milliliters of juice leaks out - it is not a pretty sight.
Based on my previous Kayfun experience, it had to be a seal between the chimney top tube and the tank itself.
This Wolverine doesn't even have it. So I decided to add it to the design. I made a SS ring with M2.5 Stopper screw to hold an O-Ring to hermetically seal that chimney.

Wow just how many changes have you made to that wolverine?

Angelcigs offers the Fogger for $17.50 but charges an outrageous shipping fee now, $4.95 for 1 item and $8.95 for 2. But you'd be getting a domestically shipped item so you can decide if its worth it. Supposedly they're using a drop ship service for their USA presence which is why its so expensive for parcel post shipping but they hope to change that in the near future.

Fogger Big help request. I got the V4.1 a couple weeks ago and loved it so much I bought the Big Fogger and love it even more!! However, I noticed that the positive post is pushing the silicon insulation pad down so much it is almost touching the base. Now obviously if it does then there will be a short. I also noticed that there was no spare insulator in the pack as there is with the 4.1 (4.4). My question to you guys is how do I remove the plate, how do I get the positive post off in order to give the silicon more padding?

Does this help?

I tried and it didn't come out, wouldn't even budge. I feel more confident from you telling me all yours look the same and havent shorted out. My insulator pad looks so squashed tho, almost paper thin. I saw a photo of AMDtrucking, he posted a photo of 2 Foggers side by side a few pages back. On one the insulator looks like a nice chunky block, the other is squashed. Let me find it and post it…

(Another reason for my concern here is after doing a search online for Fogger V4 insulator many reviews are mentioning the insulator is prone to burning/melting)

I think I do:

I just got home and found your two Fogger bases have arrived safely.

This is what I've done with them: (I hope you like it)

I also wanted you to try my favorite Fogger build. I made it 0.7 Ohm because, I've noticed that was the resistance of your original 28 Gauge coils. If 0.6mm Flat Ribbon coils will not get damaged during shipping - try them, see if you like them. Also notice how long will your battery last with these coils.
If you don't like them, just do what we've always do to pre-built atomizers.

The insulator on the black one here looks perfect, the SS one it is squashed down. Mine is a lot more squashed than that, a lot more!

Then you make a new insulator:
1. Using an old rusty lathe cut a piece of delrin but drill it first.
2. You will have this disk.
3. Drill a side hole.
4. Assemble Positive Post with new insulator.
5. Cut access delrine off.
6. Assemble your base.

As you can see, I like my insulators a little “beefier” than the original ones.
