folds won't finish! argh

I've been given a lot of projects that fail or quit at, like, 90%+ So very frustrating.

But today I finished a big one... But it stopped. I have the next one in que, its ready to send.. but wouldn't go anywhere. So I paused and started folding, its back at 99% with less than 20 mins to go.

All I can say is argh! heh

Give it some time to finish,me and others on team ecf have got stuck on the 99.99% or 100% done,it took up to a hour for me good luck.

I just restarted my computer, it was stuck at 43 seconds left. It finished 5 mins later

there is a chance something on your pc is running in the background taking resources from folding or are you turning the pc off for a long time? this too can affect the chance of finishing a large unit in time.

I have a quad core i7 8gig machine i could fold with, but its my daily driver persay.. I dedicated another machine to the folding project but it still failed..

(Its a celeron). Prhapse just too slow of a machine for what folding requires.

Thats two weeks of folding and not a single awarded point!

Are we supposed to click finish when it completes or will it finish by itself?

It should automatically upload your finished WU after completion. If you are using EXPERT or ADVANCED, you can click on LOG to verify it uploaded.
